He explained to me that the Credit Card didn't go through so they cancelled my order. No one ever called or sent an email saying the order was cancelled!! I could have easily provided another credit card! By now it was noon and I ended up running to Harris Teeter and picking up a dozen deli sandwiches, cookies, chips, and salad. It made for a hectic afternoon, but I saved nearly half what I would have spent at Potbelly and the food was just as good.
