I am tearing up as we speak! That French dip with the that bad to the bone au jus and horseradish was divine. The salad and that dressing!!!!! The helpings and portions are large. We enjoyed the French onion soup as well. Has a different flavor than I have had at other places. Still so good! I hate giving this place a review. I just want to keep this small slice of heaven to myself. Mrs. Celeste I believe who is the owner hand sliced so beautifully a thinly the prime rib for each order and it was perfect. She is warm and sweet. So also makes each dessert. Please don't come here to change things and substitute and leave items off your plate. So please come with an open heart and mind and let these great people feed you and the feel the love of this little quaint oasis in a bustling city.

It has…read morethe same taste as the au jus, as if the au jus was the main soup base of the onion soup- watery and had an off-putting after taste. Mine had a bay leaf and other various spices, which I think are unnecessary for an onion soup. I've tried and made many onion soups and this one definitely was my least favorite. Bread and cheese were good. Prime rib was good, all the sides were delicious as well. I had the prime rib french dip sandwich and um... it is literally just sliced prime rib on some bread server with au jus. Nothing too special. Service was excellent. Cashier was very friendly and chef came out to thank us for coming there. Hospitality is a 5/5 for me, and made our experience way better. Everything minus the onion soup and the above average service was just OK. This place is a one and done for me.

I do like the little seeds that are mixed in which provide a pleasurable chew here and there. Purchasing the double loaf was good for the past 3 years or so but they've suddenly stopped selling it at Costco. I messaged the biz on IG but haven't heard back. Other grocers on Maui do sell La Tour bread but not the sprouted variety. Until they return, I've found another brand at Whole Foods.

Their house iced coffee is a favorite, the kouigns are excellent, and the brisket bánh mì is especially good. Their other sandwiches are solid too. That said, the customer service and hospitality here are consistently disappointing genuinely sucks. I don't leave negative reviews often, but this has been hard to ignore. We come here about twice a month and have yet to experience a warm welcome, a smile, or even a simple "hi" from the staff. Every visit feels cold and uninviting, like the employees don't want to be there. Cleanliness is another issue. The tables are rarely wiped down, and the floors almost always need sweeping. The bathrooms are the biggest concern. Despite having coded locks, they're often in terrible condition--even shortly after opening. On multiple occasions, within 20 minutes of opening, both the men's and women's bathrooms had paper all over the floor and unflushed toilets containing both "number ones and number twos. It's become a recurring issue and unfortunately takes away from what could otherwise be a great experience. The food keeps bringing us back, but the service and upkeep make it harder each time.

My husband found this restaurant on door dash. He wanted to order from there to try the food but I…read morewas a little weary because they don't have an actual location to eat in. I thought it might be a scam but thankfully there were confirmed orders on Yelp.my husband ordered a bunch of stuff: Mac and cheese burger, chicken sandwich (for me), fried pickles, French fries, steak and cheese spring rolls, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. I was surprised how quick the order came to our hotel room-30 min! Food temperature - The food overall Luke warm. Obviously it's going to loose some heat with delivery. Taste - the fried pickles were standard tasting. The dill ranch was very good with it. The chicken sandwich had no taste. I don't know if it was because the chicken was thick but whatever seasoning it was coated in or sauce on the sandwich, there was no flavor. I even added some of the dill ranch to my sandwich and no improvement even though the sauce was very flavorful by itself. My husbands Mac and cheese cheese burger had no flavor besides the bacon. He said the best part was the Mac and cheese which I didn't get any of once he handed me the rest of his burger. The fries were good but would have been amazing fresh. The jalapeño poppers were flavorful along with the spring rolls. Nacho cheese came with the spring rolls and a spicy tasting ketchup. Good selection of sauces. Convenience- My husband wanted extra ranch and there was no way to add that on the door dash app and calling them was ineffective. Could be problematic if an order was incorrect or missing items. Overall - for a restaurant with flavor town in its name there was very little flavor in half our food. Disappointed by that fact. Service was quick but they wouldn't deliver it to the room. Might depend on door Dash drivers since our order last night was able to come to our hotel room. but since it seems most are ordering through the app that might be a deciding factor for some.

3.5! I literally…read morethought this couldn't be real when I randomly found this on yelp. All of the reviews happened to come about the same time and none of them were from Honolulu. How could this possibly be true, but yet so elaborate? I went online to see if this was a scam and there was a mention that he is doing this ghost kitchen concept in about 23 cities to help the restaurant business through the pandemic. Then, I did see this pop up on food delivery apps (door dash) and then looked up where the ghost kitchen could possibly be - which turned up to be Buca di Beppo in ward. Knowing this made me feel so much better. The downside of this is that it's delivery only - so your food might arrive cold (which it did). I had to reheat some of my sides in the air-fryer. The second downside is that because it's delivery - you have to pay an additional delivery fee and tip so it does come out more than expected. For 2 burgers, 1 appetizer, and 2 fries came out to $50. After delivery fees and tip was about $66 which is a little pricey In my opinion. The delivery came out of post mates when you put in the order through the link on yelp. The delivery person was in a unmarked car but there was this link they send you after you place your order to see the progress (and they were late by 10 mins also). What I ordered was the following- Bourbon wings (award winning) and definitely the star of everything I ordered. It is about $13 for half dozen wings and comes with a side of ranch that had a nice dill taste to it. Fried pickles (6-7$) and was on the spicy side a little. There wasn't much in there and also arrived warm/cold. Fries ($5) had good texture and flavors but was cold! I had to reheat them in the air fryer. Chicken sandwich ($12) was huge and was tasty. I'm sure it would have been awesome if we got it fresh. Mac and cheese burger ($13) was also huge and held up better than the chicken sandwich. I would probably get the burger over the chicken sandwich. It was definitely filling and we have leftovers for tomorrow. Do also note there's no additions or substitutions to your order.

My Teri-Kim burger was great! Flavorful and juicy ... I wished there was a bit more teriyaki flavor. The garlic fries suffered from the ride back to the office ... They were a bit soggy. Everyone else enjoyed their burgers ... It's been a while since we ordered food from the Beretania location. The food is good but we also like the smash burger that's within walking distance of our office in Chinatown. One last comment, $9 for garlic fries seems a bit much.

As I looked around wondering where it was due to how pretty the arrangement of the bento and how tasty it looked, I had to ask the couple where they got it from. They pointed to olena's literally 5 feet away from me (so podagee). As I went in, I was greeted with such aloha that warms you to your core like a nice sunny day at the beach. I had to ask them about their bento, as soon as I heard crispy ahi rolls, pancit, and a brownie, I was sold. Folks, this is no regular bento. This is a bento made to order with love that will have you feeling like a champ after consumption. The pancit was made perfectly, not too dry, not too wet. The texture and taste of the freshly cooked pancit is a force to reckon with. The perfectly crispy spicy ahi rolls was so killer, I was sad to have noticed I ate it all and ran out. Could easily mop another 4 of these buggas. The brownie at the end, the cherry on top, did not disappoint. The texture was so smooth, not too overpowered with sweetness yet not too weak to notice. Didn't even need to pound water to put it down. The brownie, she go! I was even given a nicely chilled banana poi bread at no charge, which is literally winners. This bento was the ideal choice to pick up. I cannot wait to come back with my wife and daughter. Do not sleep on this place. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!
