I actually got lucky that day because a previous customer had left a "pay it forward" in their menu; so one of my drinks was free! I made sure to pay it forward as well for the next person. The croissant sandwich had a thin slice of apple and sliced ham and cheese. The middle plate had freshly baked scones served with passion fruit curd. They were delicious and had a slight crunch on the edges of the scone as you bit into it. The top plate held desserts : individual fruit tart , french macarons( not made inhouse), and a lavender infused dessert with a creamy center. Every dessert was a "delight" to eat! I really hate having to wait to get my order remade and having an extra drink that's not needed and most of the time goes to waste. All I ask is to make the drink correctly for how it was ordered because I'm sure it causes stress for the folks that are having to remake the drinks when they have other orders to also work on, as well as the customers who pay for one thing and end up with something else.
