One of my favorite bakeries for pastries & coffee. I love their butter cream bread so I stop by pretty often. Unfortunately Halloween is over but they had the cutest spooky pastries & cakes for the season. Tous les joures and Paris Baguette always seem to be in the vicinity of one another, so it was finally time that Paris Baguette joined the Tous les joures on 86th Street. They're only about 1 block apart, but I tend to go to Paris Baguette more because they're always updating their menu and appear to have more breads to choose from. The first floor is the bakery, and the second floor is the seating area. I haven't been upstairs yet since I always take the stuff to go. I highly recommend getting their new pistachio/Dubai chocolate products here: strawberry pistachio cake - If you love strawberry shortcake, you'll love this because it tastes like an elevated version with the pistachio cream. 5/5 Dubai chocolate mochi donut - $5 for one (relatively small if we're counting by volume) donut is astronomical but I have to say it was worth it. It was soo soo good. The texture was soft, chewy with bits of crunch. The flavor was not overbearingly sweet and really captured the essence of what I think Dubai chocolate is. read more

There's a great variety of options here but this location disappoints me frequently with the service or quality. My drinks would be made incorrectly or be sitting there while I wait for assistance. The Nutella cronut filling was less than a thumb. The entire amount is shown in the picture. I find myslef grabbing garlic croissants and cronuts the most at Paris Baguette in Bath Beach. It's a great place to stop by for a breakfast bite or a sweet treat, whether I'm starting the day or just craving something indulgent. Highly disappointed , I often order their king donut from this location and I enjoy it . For some reason the last order, flop so badly not sure if they have quality control before they display and sell their pastry . King donut are known for their fully cream filling . What I got was a sponge cake . I wrote to their support team and was just got ignored . Being in the busy 86th street there plenty of other bakery , sadly I won't be coming back here . read more

I ordered the chocolate cream puff tart and picked it up at the bakery a couple of days ago. I was looking forward to trying something different since I always buy their donuts. It was good but a little disappointing because it costs $8.29 but when you eat the cream puffs, there's not much in the center. At least with the berry tart, there's fruit, cream and then custard tart underneath. I like using the app to order ahead of time. It saves time. However, I don't think I'll buy this chocolate cream puff tart again. read more

I'm a fan of Paris Baguette! I feel like their pastries are better than Tous Les Jour and the aesthetics is more visually appealing as well. This specific location CANNOT handle any kind of rush, let alone a holiday one. There were no trays, no tongs. I had to grab all pastries with just the wax paper and had to end up reusing someone else's dirty tray. I was obviously expecting it to be busy here because it is Mother's Day. But that doesn't excuse the lackluster customer service we received. The guy who checked me out behind the counter handled my cash with the same hand as he handled the pastries. I was not given a receipt for my order, and I ordered two iced cappuccinos. I was given two hot cappuccinos. When I told the girl behind the counter that I ordered iced (very politely), she swiped away the coffees as if I was a bother to her. She then makes them, calls them out and slams them on the counter. I called her out for not apologizing, because she said not a word to me. After asking one of the employees for her name to make a complaint (about the whole experience not just her) she refused to give the name. This location also has ZERO social skills. This location has a second floor seating area, which is an extra plus for a nice quick coffee break. Purchased their Almond Croissant and requested the barista to toast the croissant-taste so much better when warm. Phone app also offers some good deals; coffee tasted pretty good as well. The Almond Croissant had so much Marzipan filling-Love it! The seating was basically jam packed, don't know if there's any time limit, some had been sitting at the tables for quite some time. I was surprised with this location as i saw it as a small place from the outside. The pastries were all located in the front of the business as soon as you enter which gets crowded pretty fast. I came here to see their cake catering options and the staff was happy to answer any questions i had. While looking around you can enjoy your pastry and drink but going up their stairs to their seating area. The place though crowded was very clean. read more

So happy that we have a PB at 86th street. It's clean and renovated. The price definitely increased due to inflation. Hopefully they'll have promos. This place does get busy and they constantly restock. Only thing is some of their pastry goods are inconsistent, even had a curry fried dough over toasted. Coffee was delicious . PB finally opened a location in Bensonhurst, it was about time with its TLJ nemesis across the street. I was super excited as PB was my first exposure to a korean bakery chain. I haven't been to one in a while, but was shocked to see how much prices have risen! Most pastries are priced around 3-4 dollars, and I'm not sure I'm a fan of all of them. I tried their coffee cronut, and the coffee cream inside was too bitter. Their cream cheese pastry is always a hit for me, and was happy to see it being sold. My only complaint with this pastry that it was cold probably from refrigeration. Staff are still new and training, but are very nice and accommodating. Despite being a brand new store, there are already some signs of wear and tear. Love the ample seating upstairs, and will definitely be back for more to try other pastries. I also wonder if they have the capacity to heat up your pastries as that will give them an edge over TLJ :) (I know the location in Manhattan does it) read more

We were in line waiting to pay and a white man skipped us and we said out loud we're next in line. Cashier ignored us and still took the man who skipped us. When my husband and I told the cashier he let the guy skip us he just laughed. Absolutely unacceptable.
