My friend bought these back for me from Nashville so I am not able to speak on the ambiance or the service. I hope to visit for myself next time, because there will be a next time! I asked for 3 different desserts: 1.) sticky milk buns: WHEW! A must-try! They are exactly what the name says. Sooo soft on the inside. Be careful bc you could eat this whole tray! 2.) blueberry cream cheese pastry: I love the texture of the pastry, nice and flaky. I wish the blueberry flavor was more prominent. I can see the blueberry, but can only taste the cream cheese. 3.) sweet potato pastry: I love how it's twisted and the black sesame seeds. It did take me a few bites to taste the sweet potato. The pastries are as delightful as the previous locations we've frequented, but the Pumpkin Pie Latte was weaker than the Manhattan location... it was even weaker than a SB PSL. Leurs patisseries sont delicieuses! We were visiting our son in Nashville and he was telling us about a new pastry shop near his apartment. It was in walking distance so we decided to stop in for breakfast. To our surprise it was Paris Baguette! The interesting thing about Paris Baguette is that it is a Bakery Cafe chain that originated in South Korea. I first learned about Paris Baguette while visiting London. We really enjoyed this location and stopped in several times while there. I was glad to see that a location had been opened in Nashville. The Nashville location was similar in decor to the London location but the offerings were different. At the London location their pastries were catered more to the English market with pork pies, sausage rolls, and typical French pastries. At the Nashville location they had more items but some very unique items like pistachio rolls, sweet potato breads. Both places were good, but different. At the London location, it is a counter style restaurant whereas Nashville you would open a case and pick your own. There were a few items that you had to wait in line for. I visited both locations websites recently and they both currently offering holiday cakes. The Nashville location seems to have more chocolate cakes. I definitely recommend Paris Baguette. This is the only PB store in downtown Nashville. They provide 20 minutes free parking spots in the garage adjacent to the store. We decided to stop by this PB store for breakfast. When we came around 9am, the store was busy. I was impressed to see they already stocked up all the bakery, pastry and confectionary items. The store overall also looked very nice, clean and had some halloween decorations. We picked few our favorite items and ordered couple of drinks. Loved having the pastel de nada and chocolate filled croissants. The prices were comparable to other PB stores I have been. Multiple staff members were at the registers to keep the lines moving. A Korean chain with French style pastries. My colleague brought a few boxes of these pastries for us and my gosh every single one was just divine. The ham and cheese croissant was perfectly buttery, flaky, crunchy, savoury perfection and the coffee cronut flavorful decadent heaven. How has this chain perfected the pastry? Really impressive bakery located near downtown Nashville. We wanted to find a nice cake to bring for thanksgiving dinner and the Caramel-pecan chocolate mousse cake looked like a perfect choice. My brother and I stopped in after they opened and ordered a couple ham & cheese croissants with some coffee. We also sampled the Pastel De Nata. Everything was excellent and the cake looks fantastic, can't wait to try it on Thanksgiving. They serve Lavazza coffee which was very tasty. It's a bit confusing to navigate from the parking structure--it's unclear whether you need to go out and around to access the stairs, and if stairs aren't an option, it's not obvious how to get up besides being dropped off at the main entrance, which is above the parking area. On the plus side, they do offer two hours of free parking. Once inside, it was very busy, making it difficult to see all the available options before selecting items. The process didn't seem to have a clear flow after grabbing a tray and tongs. I also wish there was a box option or a tray because checkout was very slow. If you ordered a drink, the wait was even longer. The staff was quiet, slow-moving, didn't provide instructions or options available and didn't greet customers--not a huge issue, but it didn't feel very welcoming. Seating is available within the bakery. As for the food, the chocolate croissant was average, but the strawberry lemon cream croissant was absolutely outstanding--a must-try! The pizza was enjoyable, and the chocolate ganache croissant filled with chocolate mousse was divine. I finally had a chance to check out Paris Baguette in Downtown Nashville, and I totally get the hype! Immediately upon entering, you're hit with the smell of freshly baked goods, and enveloped by the sheer selection of beautiful pastries. A friend and I met up here for coffee and breakfast on a Thursday morning, and I'm happy to report that there is FREE parking in the attached garage. It was hard for me to choose what pastry I was in the mood for ... everything looked so good! I ended up getting a classically prepared almond croissant and a cold brew. PARKING UPDATE!!! They now have 20 minute parking in the garage right beside the Café, so you can run in and grab something quick. Otherwise you have to park in a garage down the road and climb 5 stories of steps. I haven't tried any of the food but all of the pastries we have gotten have been delicious. They have all kinds of pastries, coffee, juices, flatbread pizzettes, quiche, breakfast sandwiches, salads, and wraps. You get a tray and some tongs then get what you want and get in line and pay then they box up your pastries to go. It's definitely worth a try, but be careful because you can spend $30 dollars in there in a hurry. read more

I want to LOVE Paris Baguette but it's average in my books. First time, I would have rated a 5, second time it would probably been a 4, 3rd time, it's just average. Quality was not all there. Prices increased drastically since they opened too. I guess they can do it since they're in the heart of downtown. There's a location opening closer to my home, we will see if it's any different. I've tried the tiramisu tarts - if you love tiramisu, do not get this, it will be very disappointing. King cream and coffee croissant donuts are good, when they're made right. The past couple times their coffee croissant was a huge disappointment considering those are our favorites. Their croquettes were a huge disappointment, I guess I am comparing them to other comparable bakeries such as 85 degrees, tous les jours, etc... I was really hoping they would have more Asian flavors such as matcha, ube, taro, etc... I tried a limited edition jalapeño cheese croissant back when they opened. It was super good! I was SO excited to see Paris Baguette come to Nashville and came twice in one weekend to fully check out everything they had to offer. This is my first standalone Paris Baguette visit (previous visits have always been to a location within an H-Mart), so it was incredible to see how large and expansive this location is. The location is deeply annoying to get to: situated on prime Church street, making traffic and parking a problem. They have two free parking options: a handful of 60 minute spots in the garage directly to the right of Paris Baguette (most ideal, despite the fact that the spots are TINY and the garage is hard to maneuver even a compact car around) OR a gravel lot requiring a QR code underneath the bakery, at the corner of 11th and Church Street (which is a weird, 5 min drive around the building to get to and requires hauling up like 50 stairs to get to the bakery.) There is a very direct elderly gentleman in the garage helping direct traffic but the QR code inside the restaurant was confusing (multiple QR codes for different lots, not labeled clearly) and parking was a genuine nightmare here on both visits, and will be a reason I avoid going very frequently. All that said: the food is a delight. Korean bakery with sweet and savory pastries, baked goods, desserts, and sandwiches. I have always found the French-style pastries so/so (the cream puff choux was too soft, the croissants a bit hard) and the Asian-focused ones amazing (stunning braided pastry with Japanese sweet potato, pretty decent mochi donuts, buns filled with red bean paste.) My absolute favorite item was the crab meat croquette, which was filling and very flavorful (had some corn in it, too!) My least favorite was the sesame tapioca bread, which was hard and had a really weird taste (savory, but not like other sesame bread I've had.) Very reasonable prices, and an extremely large selection of options if you have a sweet tooth. It was PACKED on Saturday at 10:30 am and was unpleasantly chaotic (also no free tables to sit) but very sparse and easy to get through on Sunday at 9 am. Definitely an experience worth trying for special occasions, and I truly hope they figure out a better situation for parking because it's truly the worst and would prevent me from coming here. read more

The strawberry one was good, the coffee flavored donut was also extremely tasty. The iced coffees were also pretty good. Parking Note: The parking situation is quite confusing though. The cafe can get extremely busy and things get sold out, so it is advisable to visit in the morning. I got the palmier and quiche. The palmier looked quite nice and of a fairly descent size. They were flaky and sugar sprinkled top had caramelized giving it a crisp crust. Just delicious, they pair extremely well with latte or hot chocolate! The quiche were broccoli cheddar and Hawaiian jalapeños. I reheated the quiche once I got home. The quiche was flaky with a center of flavorful fluffy baked eggs. Went to Paris Baguette and had a wonderful time. It is so fun to go through the displays and choose what to get. I tried so many things and all of them were very yum. The worst part is definitely the parking. It is very confusing and not convenient at all. If you miss the turn then you have to take a big circle in order to get back to it. The Gulch is not a great location for this bakery if you are trying to cater to anyone who is not a tourist or who works in the Gulch. I would personally go there all the time if they had easier and free parking, but because of the location it is pretty unlikely that I will go unless I have people visiting who want to go read more
