The spicy yuzu chicken bites are quite small (the same size as Chick-fil-a's chicken bites) and they're a little dry but the spicy mayo sauce makes it taste good. The more you eat, the more you can't stop eating them. For the breakfast sandwich, I had a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich (the egg was quite runny and it broke as I ate my sandwich), and it came with tater tots and a side salad. I thought the breakfast sandwich was alright but I don't think I would order it again. I didn't realize it had cheese (which I usually ask to remove) and I usually like my eggs well cooked (no runny yoke). The breakfast sandwich was quite filling though because of the soufflé pancakes, acting like pieces of bread. The side salad was good because of the vinaigrette dressing but the tater tots weren't that great. The tater tots reminded me of the ones you would get from school lunches back in middle school. Then, we ate the matcha soufflé pancakes (as if it was dessert). I really enjoyed it. The pancakes were fluffy and soft, and the matcha cream on top was sweet but not too sweet. The pancakes themselves are the original signature, with a dusting of matcha and cocoa on top - which made for very unexpected bitter bites. The matcha syrup and whipped cream was ok. This would have been much better if the matcha or cocoa were incorporated into the batter and maybe using a matcha or cocoa glaze drizzle instead of straight matcha and cocoa powder. We preferred to remove all the matcha and cocoa powder as best as possible and eat with the syrup. Would not try this one again. It's a small cute shop, go on a weekday or call ahead, like an hour+ ahead to order and pick up. I probably won't try again for a few more weeks for them to work out the kinks further.

S'mores made with Hershey's Bundt Cake: Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) has become one of my favorite…read moreguilty pleasures. I especially enjoy their individual sized "bundtlets". Although I would define camping season in WI as summer through fall, this latest limited time flavor is only available from 6/2-7/13/25. Opening the container, the cake itself had a dark brown/black color. The official description is a rich chocolate cake baked with Hershey's milk chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumb, drizzled with silky chocolate sauce, and topped with buttery graham streusel (and of course their delicious, sweet cream cheese frosting). As usual, the texture is superb, with one of the best aspects of their cakes being the exceptional moistness of them. In this case, the chocolate syrup contributes to the moistness factor. The flavor leans toward chocolate, but the marshmallow element is clearly present throughout. I personally enjoyed the contrasting texture from the numerous chocolate chips baked into the cake. Graham, while present, is sadly overshadowed by the dominating chocolate flavor. The overall flavor does still convey thoughts of the classic campfire treat. Initially I was worried the sweet cream cheese wouldn't work well with the chocolate, but it was alright (although I think it does work better with some of their other flavors). Don't get me wrong, this was a tasty creation, but I think it might have worked better as a graham flavored cake baked with Hershey's milk chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumb, drizzled with silky chocolate sauce, and topped with marshmallow flavored frosting.
