When I first step in right away you got a smell of someone's lunch gross the whole place smelled like it. Then I get sit down for the pedi and the water is so hot I burn my self I inform Viviana she does not listen I have to tell her repeatedly and she finally puts cold water after many times of telling her Then as she starts my pedi I tell her I have gel on instead of soaking off the gel, she decides to grind off all the gel down to the nail which was painful. She then proceeds to start removing my cuticles without putting on the remover cream. I tell her to cut the side then she says she did. I tell her I have been watching you and you haven't done it. I tell her about the cuticle remover cream she then proceeds to tell me she did I told her no you didn't put it on look the girl next-door put it on all of my daughters toes. She then proceeds to put just cream on my big toe, not on the other toes. I was so over this pedi. While this all happening to me A lady is walking out cause she had been sitting in pedi chair for the longest and the water was about to over flow A girl comes back because an acrylics weren't right they are giving her a problem because she wants them redone. They I proceed to pay she tells me it's $65 for my pedicure and I said I asked you for the $45 pedicure but you did not use any sugar scrub and you gave me a massage with cuticle oil instead of lotion Same thing happened to my daughter who is sitting right next to me they gave her a massage with cuticle oil Please take your business elsewhere Viviana does not take her time!!! I am relatively new to Menifee and tried several Nail Salons. I was impressed on the overall view when I walked in. Tram has been the only one to do my nails and is always fantastic. My last visit Tram was on vacation and Mimi did my nails. Charged me over $70 which is way over what I've always been charged and didn't include a full manicure! The kicker was when she soaked my nails in acetone and when she was finished she poured the used acetone back In the bottle!!! I immediately thought what if she used "used" acetone one my nails. To the owner- I have attempted to reach you multiple times to which you and your employees hang up on me. As seen from the pictures there is bruising, uneven acrylic and shapes are all completely different. I was also charged $50 through Venmo which I can gladly show you. I'm not the first review who has had poor experiences, really bad quality and being overcharged. It's a shame you try and blame the customers. I was really excited to go in. I asked for a luxury pedicure and French tip nails. I go all out with my pedicures because I spend a lot of time on my feet and use heels for work. I expected the luxury pedicure to be more than a regular pedicure. Unfortunately the pedicure was rushed, they forgot to use the foot mask that comes with the luxury pedicure. The man doing my pedicure rushed everything. My toes did not look any better than before I got there. I'm very disappointed. For my fingernails, the woman left the shape of my nail curved and lumpy. Was proud that my daughter called and made an appointment they day before and asked what the price would be for a pedicure $28 for basic $7 more for French style so $35 total. She wanted to go alone but I warned her to be careful they always up charge. So she leaves there and they charged her for gel so $50 in total. So I called and Sara said well I asked her if she wanted gel, my daughter said she never said yes she was already nervous that she was doing this for the first time alone. How are you going to take advantage of a young girl in HS and squeeze her for that's kind of money. Sara Kept interrupting me and telling me to come in. Why? I'm on the phone with you and you keep interrupting me. Never going back! Makes me so upset when adults do this to the younger generation, any generation for that matter!! When I told her I was not coming in and I was done with this conversation and have a nice day, she started rambling something. When my daughter got back she told me that she went back in there and said I was told $28 plus the $7 and Sara shut her down and said no you got gel and then she started rambling after my daughter walked away. This place is really clean and nice. However, I Went for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. My nails are short and on the thinner side. Got asked to try the Gel hybrid & told it'll make my nails stronger and last longer so I said sure. I left with two bleeding cuts from filing. It's two days and my nails have been so uncomfortable. The gel hybrid is super thick and not only on my nail but my finger as well. Putting pressure into the cuts and my fingers. They started to lift day 2 morning. Night of day two and the gel is completely off. Also disappointed my nails are now thinner than they were from all the filing he did. $92 for the hybrid gel manicure (that lasted 2 days) and a basic gel pedicure. read more

Don't come here if unless you want to risk getting an infection. I came in with my niece to get full sets. The two nail techs didn't know how to do simple sets. I was passed to another nail tech and she tried using this used rusty nail clipper on me. I told her to open a new pack at which she got up and got another nail tech instead. She got an attitude because I asked for new sanitized nail clippers. She packed up her things and refused to do my nails because of that. The manager got involved but at that point, I didn't want anything done at that salon. The nail tech that was working on my niece had to also be told to open a new sanitized tools. I wanted to like this place because it's very cute and clean. But I went in for a Dip manicure and Paul was rough and hurt me the entire time. I've been getting my nails done for 10 years and have only bled one time and the tech was very apologetic, but Paul made 9 of my 10 fingers bleed and put super glue to stop the bleedon my ring finger. If you are lucky enough to get David for the pedicure he does the most amazing pressure point massage that makes you just sink into your chair. Very short with me and seemed upset I wouldn't do the 75$ pedicure instead of the 55$ one. I had multiple people ask me if I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed or a manicure after saying no multiple times. She used a kitchen grade cheese grater on my feet after I said no thank you. This was my first time coming to this salon and I will never go back. I went in asking for gel x and a pedicure. My pedicure was basic, nothing special. Vincent did my nails and they're bad. I had originally asked for gel x but then he informed me the hybrid gel was "healthier" so I went with his recommendation. He placed the hybrid gel so close to my cuticles, that it looks weird. I asked for a deep French on almond nails and they look horrible. My hands are different shapes and the "deep" French is so thick and sloppy.
