I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. I went in for a pedicure expecting it to be relaxing, and instead I left with an injured and very sore toe. The technician doing my pedicure seemed completely distracted and was not paying attention to what he was doing. While working around my toenail, he cut the skin on the side of my toe badly enough that it was bleeding significantly and onto the rag beneath my foot. He could not get the bleeding to stop and had to apply some type of liquid with a cotton ball three separate times, which burned every time. I also have pictures documenting the bleeding during the service. My toe remained sore afterward, and I had to treat it with Neosporin and keep it covered with a Band-Aid. That unfortunately wasn't the only issue. While using the exfoliating scrub, he had an AirPod in and was looking away rather than at what he was doing. He repeatedly scrubbed the exact same area so aggressively that it genuinely felt like he was rubbing my skin raw. I finally had to tell him to stop and move on. There was absolutely nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this pedicure. I spent the appointment uncomfortable, bleeding, and having to tell the technician to stop what he was doing because he was hurting me. I am also incredibly frustrated that I was still expected to pay for a service after the technician cut my toe badly enough that he couldn't stop the bleeding. I would absolutely not return here, and based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with another service. A pedicure should not result in an injury that you have to continue treating after you leave the salon, especially when there is photographic documentation of what occurred during the service. WORST EXPERIENCE and ruined my nails. Beware of this businesses shady techniques and ethics!!!! *See updates and photos at the bottom* Stopped in to get my acrylics removed for work. Binh was my nail tech. He cut down the middle of the nail tip with clippers and used a steel painters knife to pry off the acrylics. I almost walked out after asking him to stop several times and told him that it hurt. I even asked if he can use a proper removal method. My nails are very peeled and broken now. I have never experienced such painful and improper removal technique as well as lack of care for the integrity of my nail health. UPDATE ***several hours later I'm so mad at myself for not getting up and walking out in the beginning. It's been a few hours now and my nails have deeper colored areas that are pulsing from the pain of being so thin. I only had acrylics for two weeks for a vacation and had natural nails before that- my nail pain is 100% due to terrible technique. UPDATE: ***several weeks later My nails (see pinky nail especially) are still extremely thin and red from being so ripped up even after applying nail healing and strengthening polishes every few days. Binh / Ben completely destroyed my nails causing pain and damage due to his horrible technique and lack of care. read more

I personally had a great experience at this salon. I came in with nails that looked like something out of a clown catalog that star nails salon messed up. I paid and left in tears and just walked over to the Paris nail salon. They looked at my nails and sat me down as soon as one of the girls were free. They did an amazing job fixing the nightmare on my hands that I unfortunately got done at the last salon. The atmosphere was nice and the nail techs were very sweet. Never had a worse experience in a nail salon EVER I just wanted my nails painted I did not have a appointment so I was fine with waiting... but not a hour plus they sat me at a station then had me move to a shitty station with a old computer chairs and then completely ignored me and proceeded to take two more walk in appointments that were more in depth than just some nail polish like a full set ect I will never be back and I ended up walking out. read more

HORRIBLE! Had to get my nails done TWICE and after wearing what another nail tech had to fix it STILL had messy outline. First I was upset before I had even finished washing my hands they had already put a whole new client in my chair, what happen to the hand massage? Got Nothing. But that wasn't even the worst part, he was going to let me walk out the salon with these nails!! I couldn't get a better shot because another tech took me to fix ALL my nails as I was almost made to check out with an already broken thumb nail. But yea she fixed it and I was so over it I wanted out. she chose all these new colors then the one you could clearly see I wanted. But I was done, rocked those messy nails for 4 days because I had to work but best BELIEVE come Saturday morning they got a phone call to get these nails OFF it was just soo embarrassing how messy and thick. read more

Not bad at all! I was nervous to go somewhere with no reviews, but I decided to be bold and give it a try. I got right in and my nails look nice! Well, one of them was a bit crooked, but it was better than my experience with a nail salon across the street, so I'll take it. Everyone was wearing masks and spread out throughout the salon. Service was pretty quick so I felt that I was in and out with a pedicure and manicure in good time. Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary, but I will definitely keep this place in my regular rotation. read more

Horrible experience. My fiancé and I went in for pedicures that we had scheduled ahead of time. They asked my fiancé to sit at a pedicure chair that was visibly dirty, with dirty water in the bowl. The water they put in our pedicure bowls was literally ice cold. When asked how the water was, I told them it was a bit cold and they didn't do anything. So both of us sat with our feet in cold water. They used dirty nail clippers that had not been sanitized since the previous client. The salon was visibly dirty and the smell in the air was over powering of acetone and acrylic. The person that did my pedicure was nice but the person who did my fiancés pedicure, carrying a nail kit that said "Dylan" was very rough with my finances feet. He jerked my finances feet around and kept giving me and my fiancé dirty looks throughout the pedicure. We won't be back. read more

I have to choose at least one star, if possible I would give NO STARS, the absolute WORST manicure experience in my life. The person was talking non stop and looking at me and all around and not at what they were doing. Made my cuticles bleed and made my nails burn with the heat of the nail deemed. My nails did NOT look anything like the picture I showed them. Nails looked terrible and I was going to a high school reunion. Took almost 2 hours for a dip. I am not a person who complains, but this experience was just miserable...AWFUL!!! read more

I really like this place! i've only been once with a friend and they were really nice! my nails come out really good and for only $40 dollars for that quality? yes please!! they actually put cuticle oil on your fingers when they're done with your nails. i had like two cuts but they weren't major. i'm probably gonna go back today! also shaping was very good. read more

Just wanted to say that I have been here a few times and I haven't had any issues. I will say that I was very disappointed in another customer though. This woman treated the receptionist very poorly this morning trying to say that the receptionist was being rude to her In front of everyone that was in the Salon. I personally did not hear Anything rude being said and the receptionist was very nice to me and everyone else that came in at that time. read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever had. The lady was clipping my cuticles while looking in the other direction and speaking to the other worker and stabbed the nippers under my nail and caused me to bleed She didn't apologize but snatched my hand back towards her when I pulled away. She was very rude. After my nails where painted she said I was done and I asked her if I could get the massage that comes at the end which I had paid for and she didn't even sit down she simply put the lotion on my hand and told me to rub it in. I hope nobody spends their birthday there like I did. read more
