My nails turned out great but the process to get my old ones off wasn't so good.. It hurt so bad they used a new nail to take off my old ones.. no soaking nothing. My nail beds still hurt. I have loved this place until now, I have never left a nail place with hurting nails. Also they try to change you an extra $20 for a French tip. Hannah does my nails and she does an amazing job! Every other Salon has caused bleeding due to over aggressively filling but she has never even come close to doing it. She is professional, if she doesn't like the end product of how the nail ends up looking she will redo it! I recommend her every time someone asks me where I get my nails done. read more

I went back after having a positive first experience and had a rough second experience. The nail tech painted gel all over my fingers and they tried to scrape it off with a nail file after it was hard and dry and it HURT! My manicure still was a bit of a mess, but I was so exhausted from his attempts to fix it that I didn't think it was worth staying longer to have the gel soaked off and re-applied, so I just left with it. Cant even pick more than 2 colors cause you'll "piss off" the man that's doing your nails. I saw all the bad reviews but was still hopeful this place would be decent. I was wrong. I had an appointment and got there right on time. Their were 4 other walk ins waiting and I had to wait after all of them, even with my appointment. They had four people working and about 20 people sitting in chairs. I ended up leaving because they didn't have enough people to actually do nails and I didn't want to continue waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time. I won't be back. Bad service. read more

Horrible horrible experience. My niece went in for a pedicure and full set. While getting her pedicure she attempted to use the massage chair and was instructed she could not by Hong kim.. later she asked for coffin shaped nails with a French tip and was quoted $80.. trying to stay on a budget she settled for all white instead. Her toes looked a mess.. uneven French tip lines.. and then her nails were ill shaped and uneven.. not coffin at all. She ended up having to soak the nails off so they could start over. I called the place to confirm the prices they gave her and was told something completely different.. we are traveling for the holidays and it's important that this was done correctly. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went there yesterday after work to get my nails done, and everything was okay at first. I had a color picked out and everything. But halfway through I decided on a new color thinking it wouldn't be a big deal. I was WRONG. The nail tech that was doing my nails threw a HUGE tantrum, rolling his eyes, basically acting like a baby because I changed my mind. Yelling all throughout the salon, other customers were staring at me like I was the problem. It was HUMILIATING! He told me that it was rude of me to change colors during "busy hours." I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my six year old here with me to get her nails painted and I got acrylics, the girl who did my nails couldn't understand what color I wanted and gave me black, my nails aren't completed covered and are showing on the sides, and sticking up like a dog claw, I was burned by the file a ton of times, the led lights are way too strong and burnt my hands as well as tanned them so they changed color, the lady was really rough and basically throwing my hands around and jerking them all over. They kept getting up and left my daughter by herself and her nails looked awful with paint all over and a sex scene started playing on tv! Wtf. Seriously left here in tears, I've never been treated like that and it's really dirty and unsanitary too. I'm not one to be like a Karen and leave a bad review either but this place is SO BAD. I have been here a couple of times now and have not been impressed. The place is dirty and feels unwelcoming. The first time I thought maybe it was just because it was closer to closing when we went. but even so they should be happy for customers. This want the case the 2nd time. Highly unprofessional, rude, racist and nail polish is just hideously ugly. First it started with the over price but since she had already started I was willing to suck it up. Secondly she wanted me to pay upfront, the only one required to pay up front, the only black girl. Thirdly she sat next to me while my nails dried as if I was going to skip the bill. This was disgusting. They didn't clean are chairs there where dirty towels. A weird liquid was dripping down from the microwave where the hot towels are. We waited an hour before we got "phone call" so we could leave. Never coming back! read more

Their prices are too high! Anything you want customized they will add five dollars. I had asked for acrylics and they told me over the phone a fill would be 16 dollars. Arrived to my appointment and was told they cannot do fills only a new set. Their personalities were very disrespectful and unprofessional, with the exception of one. The prices on their wall are different then they are telling their customers ; however, the nail job is very precise and workers took their time to do a good job. Would not recommend choosing this place of work for your spa needs. read more
