I was relaxed the whole time, and when I started to perspire they provided me with a personal fan (the hot stone massage and hot towel wrap were nice...and hot!) I'll definitely go back to treat myself but I wouldn't go back every month. Maybe once a season. Definitely a good choice though. Very clean. Used new tools. They wore face masks. They used gloves. I'm also super picky about my pedicures (especially the massage) and they're always amazing! The prices are great too...you can come here and get a middle tier pedi and mani for about $50-$60. Yesterday I got the Beautify Me pedicure (10 min massage, exfoliating scrub with oils, hot towel wrap, and an EXTRA 10 min massage) and my dip off and added tips with multiple designs for a little over $100. Came to get a colored powder refill (this place was really close to my house & I just moved here), and was AMAZED when I met Mia the manager/owner, she was so sweet & immediately greeted me with hospitality. The selection of colors is endless & even had the crackling option which I loved. They also use brand new buffer & nail files which is so much more sanitary than my last nail salon. They even give it to you to take come when they're done because they'd just throw it away afterwards. Refreshments were available and the ceiling had a gorgeous painting of the sky and there are chandeliers by the pedicure booths which adds a touch of class and tranquility at the same time. 10/10 would recommend!!! read more

Today was my first visit to Paris nails and i couldn't be more pleased! Sophia took great care of my nails! I'll be back.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. First off, the color selection is horrible, they barely have any selection at all. Second, they file your nails almost completely off even though I told her not to! On the sides of my nails they aren't even connected to the top part of my nail. As she was doing my cuticles she ended up taking a chunk of my skin off on the side of my nail. It's been two days and my finger is still throbbing! I had told her I wanted a teal color and even went and got one and she ended up painting them silver glitter with blue glitter dots on my ring finger......not what I wanted at all. Yes I should've said something but at this point I was ready to leave. You couldn't pay me to go back there! Save your money and go somewhere else, my 8yr old could've done a better job. It was a Tuesday morning and my girlfriend and I were the only ones in there so it's not like they were busy and rushing to get to other clients. read more

I have been doing my nails in Texas for many years and never seen anything like this. We just moved to this area in Tomball and the closest nail shop is this Paris nail on Mueschke road. Went in for a manicure and they were busy but told me to have a seat which I sat for almost two hours. Owner sent one of the employees to start doing my nails, she made me take a seat and she put me in acetone for one and half hours while she went and started on another customer. At this time, I was very upset but kept my calm and asked when, my nails will be done and the owner came change the acetone because the current one was dirty. At this time, I was expecting her as the owner to apologize, seat and start doing my nails. Guys, this never happened but instead, went to put another lady in acetone and when done, she came back to me. I waited for her to be done cleaning my nails, paid for removal and told her my nails will not be done. Very bad business practices by this nail shop because acetone cannot be place on one's body for that long. She never apologized and being a Cosmetologist myself, she failed the role and guidelines of our board which could cause her fine or close. This is really very disappointing for anyone to treat a client like that knowing that acetone is a dangerous substance if, left on the body for a long time. This is a no go zone for anyone who wants to spend their money relaxing. read more

They have a wide variety of Shellac color and options. They also offer facial - will try next time when I have more time. I went to this salon when it first opened and it was super pricey but they did a good job. I wasn't planning on going back until today. I had excellent customer service as well as a great manicure. I got a 10 minute massage, the wax on my hands, cuticles cut, nails filed the whole 9 yards for $15!! I got way more than I paid for! I recommend Tina. She does the best job! They were awful! My nails look awful! They are uneven and thick! The paint job was awful! I paid for the deluxe pedicure, $40, says it lasts 50 mins. She rushed through it in 20 and it wasn't even a good pedicure, no massage or anything! She was awful at painting too! I was really hoping I would like this salon because its in a convenient location for me, however I will never go back. Hubby got me a gift certificate, which I found out they sold him a child's service even though he said it was for his wife... The owners were nice which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. The color selection isn't great. The pedicure felt rushed, my feet were in no way smoother when I left. The manicure was terrible, I ended up filing my own nails (what was left of them) and she didn't even push up/trim the cuticles. They crammed my jeans up to my knees, and didn't help when I was ready to leave so I messed up my manicure lowering my pants legs. I asked for my one thumb to get fixed and they tried to just paint over the huge lumps created by the pant leg issue. I could see the technician get pissed because I asked her to remove the polish and do the one finger nail over! The technicians spoke to each other in their native language continually while helping clients, which I felt was also rude (since they were across the salon). I am an easy going person usually, but I was quite offended by my experience here. read more

I visited Paris nails January 6th for pink & white refills. BTW, I got them buffed, no gel or cut down. I was shocked when they told me the price was $38.00. I argued that their price list shows $25.00, and how I've never paid more than $28.00. The nail tech, Mylie, said it was new. New? I stated I did not get tips!
