I haven't come across one technician that I didn't like or had to ask to do the work over. I normally get a deluxe pedicure and an overlay or deluxe manicure. Again, no complaints ever. My second visit was just yesterday, and I walked in without an appointment (lesson learned). Harry was busy, which is totally understandable, so I saw another technician. Unfortunately, that experience didn't match my first--one nail was noticeably shorter than the rest, and another broke the same day. So today, I came back and made sure to book with Harry. I originally just wanted to fix the two nails, but once he looked at my set, he noticed several imperfections that I hadn't even caught. He told me he wanted to fix everything, which meant doing a completely new fill-in. I was fully prepared to pay again because I wanted it done right, and I even asked him to reshape them and pick a new color. To my surprise, he told me it was covered. I genuinely was not expecting that at all, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and integrity. That level of care and accountability speaks volumes.
