Came into this place by a recommendation by a friend. First impression new clean place with Edison bulbs that serves burgers. Sat at the and were greeted within 2 minutes. To start we ordered some of their wings. For a burger place they were actually fantastic. Yum. For entrees we ordered The Scarpone which was 1/3 lb. patty, provolone, crispy pancetta giardiniera & truffled garlic aioli. Side are a la carte so we ordered truffle parm fries. Everything was pretty tasty but I will have to say the buns are not yummy. They fall apart when you ate the burger. Truffle fries we had refired because they were burnt and cold. A little quality check goes a long way. They were pretty light on the truffle oil and they need a little salt. All was well after that. They have outdoor patio seating as well. read more

This is a quick off the cuff review. I was here yesterday for lunch with cow and had a nice experience. It was not overwhelming busy so we were seated at a prime table, order was taken quickly very friendly staff. I had the fun guy with Cajun fries, the burger was really good, the Cajun fries as well. "The American classic with an unforgettable twist" - that's what Park Burger tells us on their website. I agree, nice place to get a decent burger! We heard of Park Burger several times before, so we finally decided to go there on a Friday night...They have four locations in Denver, and after driving by the 'original' one on Pearl Street (people stood on the street), we went to this one on Holly. It turned out to be busy as well, so we had to wait about 30 min. Even though the staff was busy, they were friendly and tried to do their best. I ordered a Hamburger (the Buffalo Park Burger) for $9.00 and a basket of fries. First bite? Good! The meat is yummy and juicy, the greens okay but nothing special. The burger bun was also okay, but I missed that 'grip' it should have, it was a little too thin. But now comes the highlight (in my opinion): The Park Burger Sauce! I don't know what they put in it, but it's great and makes this Burger to something special compared to what I've tried before. Have enjoyed this restaurant for some years. This time not at all. Called in an order for two Park Burgers with sauce on the side and small order sweet potato fries and extra catsup. Was told it would be 40 minutes and wait for a text. After an hour I went to the store, waited for a while to be acknowdged. Was told my order was still not ready. They were waiting on the fries. After paying, and waiting I noted that the fries were put in a bag that had been sitting there. The attendant gave me the bag and I opened it assuming that no extra catsup was included. There was none. Unfortunately, I made an assumption that the attendant worked for the tip. When I got home, there was no sauce on the side or otherwise, no napkins and the burgers were very close to room temperature. Next time, no service...no tip until they get it right. read more

Park Burger has mastered the simplicity of a delicious burger, and I have tried many of their variations. Love the vibe at this location. Set within a cozy neighborhood, you can always count on a few families being present. (Good thing or bad thing? You decide.) We always order a basket of fries--sweet potatoes or Parmesan truffle--can't go wrong with either. I usually go with the regular Park burger. There's something about a classic American burger with those fresh toppings of lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. I've also tried the getting figgy with it for a sweet twist on a burger and the chilango (fresh jalapeños for the win!) is always a welcome addition to the table. If you're looking for a delicious shake, you can't go wrong. Traditional flavor or one of their specialty versions, they are perfection. Others have remarked about the lack of service at this location, but I haven't experienced that. Went in on a Friday for a late lunch/early dinner. Of course at 2:30 pm, Park Burger was far from being busy. Luckily, there was an abundance of tables and we were seated quickly. I was very impressed with their menu and their specialty burgers. I went with the Scarpone Burger and group of 4 decided to split a basket of truffle fries. It was happy hour, so they offered some pretty good drink specials - perfect after a long week! Our food was brought out quickly. I will say that burger was great - fresh ingredients and cooked medium just the way I like it. The fries were nothing to write home about. This place is so good! I'm allergic to gluten so when I saw they put their burgers on greens I had to try it. Now I'm here all the time! I've tried every burger and the tuna. It's all wonderful and cooked exactly as I ask. Their truffle fries are delightful and their drinks are always good. The staff has been wonderful since my first visit. Their hosts are attentive and the servers take your order quickly and make sure to check on your table frequently. Even if they're busy with a line out the door the service never falters. Dined tonight with my husband. Waitress was nice and attentive - took our order right away as we were hungry and knew what we wanted. She didn't write it down but I was just getting a park burger and my husband a veggie burger so I wasn't too concerned. 2 minutes after she left our table she came back to confirm our order and that she put everything in correctly. Our food comes and the kitchen brings me out a turkey burger and my husband out a regular park burger. Waitress comes to our table, "oh did I mess up I'm so sorry well fix that ASAP." I mean - we weren't that complicated and you confirmed our order but whatever we just want the proper food. My burger comes out first and I'm probably half way through my dinner when my husbands finally comes out. My pet peeve! On top of everything - when my burger finally comes out it was wrong. I ordered without pickles but ended up just picking them off. Waitress brings our check. I kind of expected her to comp something - a burger? the fries? we waited a long time for our proper food and she messed up twice - but nothing just a thank you for being so nice despite all my mistakes. My husband and I both work in service industries. I get that sometime we make mistakes...but you also need to own up for them sometime and treat the customer with more than just a thank you sometimes. read more

I am very pleased with this location and burger spot. We were lucky enough to have a coupon from our Denver Dining Passbook and decided to check it out. Upon arrival we were instantly greeting by who I am assuming is the manager and we were sat right away. Service was prompt and the food was quite tasty. I had the El Chilango and my husband had the BBQ Burger with bacon. Both were extremely tasty and satisfying for those juicy burger cravings. We also had the basket of truffle parmesan fries and the serving size was overly generous. While the food was good, the great review really goes to the staff. We had a minor issue with our fries being cold and our server put in another order for us and the manager came over and apologized personally (which was not necessary, it happens). Those that were waiting for their take out were offered water by multiple staff members which is something so small, but really stands out. Fun little spot that I'm sure is packed during the summer! I was excited to try Park Burger and the place was packed when I got there on a Thursday night. Lots of families. I sat at the first bar by the food prep area because the bar in the back that serves alcohol was full of kids ironically. Aren't there laws about that? Even if there aren't, it sure is a turn off if you want to get a burger and a drink at the bar. I got the double park burger w American cheese and grilled onions bc I was trying to get something that tasted like in N out burger. This did not. It was alright though. It felt very heavy and I was not sure if I could finish it, but I did. The burgers were cooked medium and the cheese was good. There was too much bread. I don't like if the bread is bigger than the burger. Way too much bread. I probably won't be back unless someone else I'm with wants to go there. It was just alright. Although maybe I will go back bc I am curious to try their poutine burger. That looked really good. But overall I didn't like the bread as it was overwhelming and too much relative to the amount of burger. My hair and clothes smelled like food when I left and I was only there for like 30 min. Having driven past Parkburger on Holly dozens of times we decided to brave the crowds to see what all the fuss was about. Showing up early we were seated within minutes. The first thing you notice is that the restaurant is devided in two, the bar section with high tops and the "kids" section with regular tables. The open kitchen allows you to see the burger masters at work. The menu is incredible, burgers, sandwiches, salads, sides and appetizers. A broad beer and cocktail list and several wine choices make sure no one goes thirsty. We had the ahi burger ( delicious) , the pig and fig burger and kids burger. My daughter declared this was her new favorite burger ever! Service was very good and attentive. This would have been a five star review if not for all the big screen tv's all over the place. In the bar I have no problem with them, however in the dining room seated below 50" of plasma is very distracting. All kids were mesmerized by Toy Story therefore family conversation was non existent. I understand that for some parents this is fine but not for us. In short, great food, drinks and service, a little loud but well worth the visit. read more
