I have known about this place since the mid 1990's and used to go there frequently back then, now I have started coming back since being reintroduced to it by a colleague. This place is still rocking after 3 decades or more. Karaoke starts at 7 and you pick the songs you want to do and enter your name and selection via a smartphone. We have been going to Park Center Lounge for several years. We typically have good service, good food, and a good experience. However, today, they failed. They allowed the WHOLE place to be reserved. Every single table and every spot at both bars. We entered an empty bar early in the day, only to find no tables available because all were reserved. If they were always a reservation-only space, we would understand. But because you never need a reservation, today was a disappointment. Management needs to reconsider how they run their reservations. If you are essentially closed for a private party for which all reservations have been made, please let all patrons know and advertise as such. read more

They have FUN karaoke seven days a week 7 pm I enjoy their burgers, steak, burritos, and they're famous fried chips. The owner is super helpful and the staff is friendly. Love the green chili for decades . GREAT for meals, events, large group gatherings 2 billiard pool tables. read more

This is a hidden gem on 12011 North Pecos Street. The draught beer is ice cold, excellent happy hour food & pricing. Faith is an absolute ROCKSTAR in recommending drinks & food ! Ok, so I'm back here 9 years later.... About an hour later in the day this time, so I found a seat. Same set of regulars, more oxygen tanks. Bartender was ok, did not make me open a tab during HH. PCL gets very busy during peak times so expect to wait a while to be called - a few from my party had to leave before singing after waiting an hour+. The other patrons were clearly karaoke regulars! It was fun getting to cheer on some amazing performances. I also enjoyed playing pool with some regulars who were fun to chat with. read more

I really want to like this place, truly I do. My friends and I love karaoke and we haven't had a lot of luck finding karaoke bars in the area. So we keep trying PCL because it's a nice place, clean, safe and I can maneuver my wheelchair throughout with ease. I've had great service from the bar and from Super Server Lunchbox. Unfortunately, the karaoke is hit or miss. Sometimes you can get on the list and sometimes you get bumped and never sing. The last time we went we got there at 10 and put our names on the list. It was rather crowded at first so we expected to wait a bit. We got hopeful when the place all but cleared out at midnight. No such luck. New people kept coming in and singing immediately, we kept waiting. And we waited and waited and waited. We even tried to bribe the KJ and put $40 in the tip jar. Nothing. We left at closing and never got to sing. It was also really frustrating that even with a full list of singers they play a full song between singers. I mean how can you not like this place it's fun always has karaoke (literally every day). Has a lot of parking. It's in a plaza with restaurants, liquor stores and gas stations. The bouncer will always check your id so have it prepared. They have bar foods. Spacious with a a lot of tables, bar seating and shuffle boards. We have been going for years. It's an awesome place. Bathrooms are a bit small but clean. No smoking inside. But outside you can! read more

PLEASE BRING BACK THE CONSISTENTLY GREAT FOOD!!!! First, I want to mention that I have many great memories shared with great friends at this place! Lively atmosphere and fun vibes with the family too. But I want to provide an honest perspective of my recent experience: Historically, I have enjoyed some excellent food and service here, but sadly my most recent dining experience about a month ago wasn't even decent - we ordered a ton of food and drinks but didn't eat 3/4 of the multiple meals we ordered due to poor taste, quality, appearance, and weak portions. The food looked like it was thrown together poorly without care, overcooked, or sat in the window for a long period of time. Our server was very sweet and prompt with our drinks so we didn't even think to complain, but the takeaway on food was disappointing for this particular visit. I excused it by assuming the kitchen either had new staff or just were overwhelmed with orders (although it wasn't terribly busy). Things happen! One day I will give the food another chance in hopes it was a one-off experience, but strictly with goal of getting the same outcome I have enjoyed in the past. Seriously, when it is good, it is GOOD! Another thing to consider, they are a seeming regular spot for karaoke groupies and connoisseurs, so if that's not your jam you may want to scope their schedule before visiting. Although we are not super fans of karaoke, we have been pleasantly surprised in the past by some performers (while we enjoyed the hot wings!) Check it out!
