I was told everything was fine just brush/floss better. When we leave and get in the car I get told that the cleaning was incredibly painful. And that my child even dropped some tears. Came home and gave them some motrin cause their mouth was hurting. Motrin wore off so I just gave some Tylenol so hopefully they can get some sleep. They are miserable! I've never heard of that from a cleaning with no other issues. My child told me that the hygienist was really rough and would slip and say my bad or sorry or something similar. I feel absolutely horrible for letting my child go back by themselves. They are older so I'm trying to let them do some things on their own before they are adults. But now my child is miserable and in pain and I get to feel like a horrible parent! And now they have unlocked a new fear of the dentist. :( I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because this is the first visit to go this way. But I was also in the room for the other cleanings.
