After we caught it, they offered three free months of service to make up for it. Then in September, more unexplained billing changes occurred. At that point, we decided to cancel because we no longer trusted the accuracy of their charges. Magic Unicorn told us they would issue a refund -- but they never did. Since then, they've stopped responding to emails and won't answer the phone. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

The Company then said they should've been charging me $1.50 extra per week for a gated community upon review of their service not being provided.
