Main reason why I like this hotel, it's the only one on the strip that is non smoking. Pretty much everywhere else is smoking which I'm not a fan of. Parking situation, pretty similar to all the other casino with the structure. Theres a fee of course as everyplace is charging. If you have a players card, it waives it. Checking in is alway pretty easy with both self check or with a representative. There's a few elevators that's based on what floors for your room. The property itself is pretty modern. Room is clean with a nice sofa that looks out to whatever your view is. There's no fridge but does have the usual, iron, safe, hairdryers. Restroom is decent with a clean modern layout and a barn door style. Nice size shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of charging station with usb both on the nightstand as well an outlet next to the sofa. For a king size or double queen, it's decent in size. Hotel itself has a good little casino. Bar right in the middle with a fairly decent amount of table games. It's also the home to the Dolby Live theatre which Jonas Brothers happened to be there. You have a good amount of different restaurants and a sports bar. And the fame Eataly with loads of specialty vendors at the front of the casino. Location wise is central to everything. Pool area is nice and clean with three pools. Another selling factor is the tram that takes you to Aria and Bellagio. It's alway been great hence we're back often to this casino and hotel.

Yesterday, I drove to Las Vegas solo to meet up with my fabulous daughter Jonesy from NYC for a 3 day girls trip!!! Cosmically, we arrived at the same time!!! First impression of the hotel was IT IS HUGE!!!! However, because it's a non-smoking hotel, walking into the casino was so much quieter than any place I have stayed here before... the staff is lovely and quite accommodating! 4 swimming pools which are so fabulous bc I am a swimmer! Woo hoo! And again, every employee is lovely and helpful... our view is incredible! And the room is lovely... ( Beds too soft would be my only complaint) Last night we ate at EATALY for an early dinner that was so good... ( alcohol adds way too much to the tab, and tbh, I don't usually drink so it was a celebratory imbibement! :) Viva Las Vegas! More reviews to come!!!

Great Location in Vegas! Park MGM is totally SMOKE-FREE! Check In was easy and you can actually check in remotely if you have the app! But we wanted the physical keys also makes it easier to operate the elevators! Security is High in this hotel but not bothersome! Park MGM offers plenty of Shops, Restaurants and entertainment Venues. Staff are all pleasant and very professional and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and memorable!

Booked my stay here through the Chase Edit and stayed in an upgraded Reserve Room, though I would say MGM Grand has cozier and more spacious rooms. The location is great as it's right on the Strip and you can take a mini tram to the Bellagio and Aria resorts. The room felt dated but the bathroom was renovated well with a nice tub/shower with handle. There's a vitamin C filter attached to the shower but I think that's more a gimmick than bringing actual benefits. TV doesn't have any streaming apps, only a few channels with an option to pay for on demand movies. The view was decent. Service was also lacking as I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to fix the window blinds late at night. Another downside is you do pay $20 a night for parking even as a guest which I find annoying. Try the Bavette's Steakhouse while you're here! Overall, I wouldn't stay here again but would frequent the casino for the restaurants.

This stay at Park MGM Las Vegas was honestly very disappointing. The room rate was not cheap, yet the room setup felt extremely minimal: No refrigerator, no proper basic toiletries, and not even simple items like ear cotton swabs. I'm not expecting luxury, but basic convenience should at least be provided. the price does not match the experience, and the value for money is very poor.Would not choose to stay here again.

Happy hour specials at MGM Park.

We really enjoyed this smoke free hotel! We didn't stay at the hotel, but we came to the casino and restaurants a couple times on our trip. It was clean, fresh and the atmosphere felt more calm and cute. We loved the Eataly area, it had a great vibe and all the food we ate there was fresh and tasty. Next time we stay in Vegas, we'd plan to stay here!

Finally stayed at Park MGM! If you have ever been to Manhattan, this hotel is totally that vibe (but like a high end NYC hotel and low end LV hotel). Rooms are quite small and lackluster, but adorable decor and vibe to bring your NYC nostalgia back. Artsy eclectic feel. We were "upgraded" to a Stay Well Room on 23. Kind of cool, but when we arrived the red lights for "change filter" was on the air purifier. Not to worry, we asked for a replacement and they were nice and sent a maintenance guy up. He then stated it was housekeepings job and often the reset buttons didn't work so it was probably fine just needed to be reset. He left and came back after cleaning the filter and hit the button and it reset. That night there was a red bar on the filter and it kept me up bc it was so bright. Annoying but I just thought that was part of the deal. Fast forward, 9 am despite the do not disturb sign on the door- 3 security guards and a maintenance guy! "We had to come in, your room is throwing error codes." 2 guys came in, swapped filter again and hit some buttons, thanked us and left. I guess that was the end, no red bar the next night. Honestly it was all odd. Biggest gripe is the noise! This is on brand with NYC. We could hear everything in the rooms next to us. Every AM the guy to the left rolled his blinds up with the metal cord. That's odd bc ours had a button that was for sheer or blinds- very convenient. Maybe it's only a Stay Well room thing. The people to the other side watched TV at night so we had to also or else we could hear his. It made us uncomfortable bc it meant both could hear us too. We played music on our phone while getting ready for the Knights game (across the street) and a guy banged on our door so hard it could have broken it. Of course he was gone when we looked out. It was either a prank or maybe the neighbor who opened his blinds every am could hear the music? It was 5 pm, calm down. You could also clearly hear every convo in the hall, including children running around. Bathroom was basic, a bit small and hardly any counter space. Not a common marble LV bathroom. Bed was an upgrade and was very comfortable. Room was dark at night other than the air purifier. Couldn't turn off the bathroom light on the switch, so that also was bright, but maybe user error? On site there are of course tons of restaurants and Eataly. The prices are consistent there, which is nice. Not cheap, but at least consistent. MGM hotel so you get those perks based on your tier. Staff was nice at check in. Kiosks at checkout didn't work. We just left bc the line was wrapped around with people checking in and we couldn't wait an hour to say we were leaving. Great location for TMobile arena and can walk to the Mandalay/Excalibur free tram. Prob won't stay again though.

Best smoke free casino on the strip with excellent location walking distance that gives you best convenience. The hotel is clean and vibe is great. The rooms are great condition only the water is very hard and their pillows are not very comfortable.

Solid Stay with a Few Minor Gripes: Park MGM was a good choice for our recent Vegas trip--modern vibe, great location, and that fully smoke-free casino is still a huge plus in a city full of hazy floors. No lingering odors anywhere, which made hanging out in the casino or walking through the lobby way more pleasant than most Strip spots. The room was clean and contemporary, with comfy beds and a decent Strip view. Blackout curtains worked great for sleeping in, and the bathroom had good water pressure. Location can't be beat: easy access to T-Mobile Arena, the tram to Aria/Bellagio, and walking distance to everything central. Dining is a highlight--Eataly for quick Italian bites and gelato, plus solid options like Bavette's if you're in the mood for steak. That said, the rooms feel a bit basic for the price--minimal storage (no real drawers, so we lived out of suitcases), and the thermostat was finicky (room never got as cool as we'd like). Casino is lively but smaller and quieter than the big ones, which is nice for a chill vibe but lacks that high-energy buzz if that's what you're after. Check-in was smooth via app, but we did pay the resort fee for amenities we barely used. Overall, a reliable, upscale-ish option without the smoke overload. I'd stay again for convenience and cleanliness, but it's not blowing me away like some flashier resorts. Good value if you catch a deal!

Before anything fraudulent happened, the online check in wasn't working so there was a very long line to check in at the front desk. Our room was also not ready on time. Now for check in- The police should honestly investigate this hotel and their staff. The manager charged my boyfriend's card extra on top of the room fee/ deposit when we checked in, and it maxed out his card. She "cancelled" it but his card was still maxed out since it was still pending, and so we put it on my card and the SAME THING HAPPENED except this time it definitely seemed calculated. They charged my credit card our room fee + an amount close enough to max out my credit card (an extra $5.69k) One charge right after the other, all while the manager checked us in. We spent an hour at the front desk just trying to get the fraudulent charges off our cards but they said the pending charges wouldn't go away until after we checked out which, is at the end of our trip. During our stay my boyfriend continued to get random small charges on his maxed out card, even though it was "removed" from their system. Both of our cards were maxed out on the FIRST day of our trip. They also said this happened to three other people that day. You mean there were fraudulent charges being placed and you let it happen FOUR TIMES??? My credit line is still thousands in the negatives and we checked out 2 days ago. Completely unacceptable and shady. I think it's pretty obvious but we are never staying here again.

Weekend staycation at the Park MGM Las Vegas . First off, it was very refreshing to have a non-smoking resort! We definitely noticed a difference when walking thru the neighboring resorts. Secondly, It's proximity & location on The Strip is pretty epic especially when attending a Vegas Golden Knights game. Lastly, service was friendly with all the employees we encountered. We would definitely book a stay here again as well as recommend to our family & friends!

Smoke free hotel in Las Vegas! What a refreshing spot to stay at. We really liked Eataly at the hotel where we can get authentic Italian food. It's a bit pricey but the ingredients are superior so you get some very tasty pasta, sandwiches and pizza. The room is spacious and clean. However, some areas of the hotel seemed dated especially the elevators. Some elevators rattled going up and down the floors. Some of the scanner in the elevators don't work so it won't scan my room key. I had to just go to a higher level then change to a different elevator that the scanner works then come down to my floor. It's a hassle and it happened 3 times during my 2 nights stay. Overall it's a pleasant stay for the price point.

The wife and I have been through this hotel and casino many times as we love Eataly and some of their other restaurants like Best Friend. We've seen shows here as well. So on our latest Vegas trip we decided to book a stay here. Unfortunately, our room left a bit to be desired. There was no refrigerator in the room, which we were surprised at. We had just bought some water bottles at a nearby CVS but not being able to keep the water cold was disappointing. The furniture was a little outdated and weird with a lot of dead space in the room. Our shower was had a leak that would not stop unless you cranked the handle extremely hard. Also the A/C didn't work very well.

No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

The beds and pillows made a for a comfortable nights sleep. We had the best time! It was a cozy and comfortable time on vacation. Fontainebleau is seriously a beautiful property. They offer all types of gaming and slot and the typical table games. They also have the tallest escalators to use on site. It's worth a visit and worth a stay if you wanna experience it for yourself. One of our favorites spots to visit was Chez Bon Bon which was 24 hours and serves coffees, desserts and pastries. Cool Casino! Good times! ( ^_^)b

Review of the Security Department at Fontainebleau Las Vegas…read more My experience with the security team at Fontainebleau Las Vegas was disappointing and fell short of the standards expected from a premier luxury resort and casino. A significant concern is what appears to be an excessive level of suspicion toward guests. While security personnel are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, their approach often feels intrusive rather than professional. Instead of providing a sense of safety, some interactions create unnecessary discomfort and make guests feel as though they are being scrutinized without cause. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of training in hospitality and guest relations. Security staff should be able to balance safety and customer service, especially in a high-end resort environment. Unfortunately, that balance seems to be missing. Their presence is often overly obvious and lacks the discretion expected from a professional security operation. The role of security is to protect guests and property, not to create an atmosphere that feels intimidating or unwelcoming. A more guest-focused approach, combined with enhanced training in communication, professionalism, and hospitality, would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Leadership within the department should also be evaluated. Given the importance and prestige of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the Security Department should be led by individuals who demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and a clear understanding of modern hospitality-based security practices. The current direction of the department raises concerns about whether these standards are being consistently met. Fontainebleau Las Vegas has the potential to set the standard for luxury hospitality in Las Vegas. Achieving that goal requires a security team that protects guests while treating them with professionalism, respect, discretion, and courtesy.

The rooms are the same, amenities are the same and what we like and don't like about this place are the same. The location of The Reserve is near to the T-Mobile Arena and other MGM properties. You can even catch the free Aria Express to transit from The Park, Aria, Vdara, and Bellagio resorts, which is especially helpful during the hot Summer months in Las Vegas. The Reserve at Park MGM is located on the top four upper floors of Park MGM (formerly Monte Carlo). Its driveway is located on West Park Avenue off of either South Frank Sinatra Drive or South Las Vegas Boulevard. There are fewer than 300 rooms and suites at The Reserve, each decorated with a distinct New York style by French architect and designer Jacques Garcia. Each room is appointed with custom furnishings, Bellino linens, and large flat screen TVs. Many suites also feature free-standing pedestal bathtubs and separate water closets. Since we've stayed at this property over the past six years, we have noticed there have been no decor changes or improvements to its excellent services. In the past, we've stayed in various-sized suites, ranging from 700 sq ft (Grande Suite) to 409 sq ft (Classic King). The property is completely non-smoking. They still offer free bottled water (10 oz) and bed slippers in your room, unlike some other properties. Check-in is quick and easy, and can be done on your smartphone, while check-out can be done on your television. Either way, you can reduce the risk of being caught in a crowd at the reception desk.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers. The main check-in station is inside the souvenir shop which resembles that of a run down gas station. Service is quick and the check-in process is painless. Their doors all use numbers so you don't have to worry about misplacing your card. Just don't get so drunk you forget! The room itself is very humble: queen bed, LG tv, two night stands, a small fridge, and a walk-in shower. Clean, organized, and arranged professionally. I will definitely stay here again. Connie was at the reception and welcomed me warmly. Parking is free. That's right. FREE. For your entire duration of stay.

I was gone early in the morning and was back late The minus was street noise from construction and I was there on trash day so the trash truck backing up at 5:50 Am was an early morning wake up call ( I needed to be up at that time anyways) No house keeping while for my two day stay I would be happy to stay here again
