Bought two vehicles from them and they're both still alive and well to this day. An '09 Nissan Rogue and a '14 Subaru XV Crosstrek. Both are solid and the Rogue in particular has taken a beating over the years but keeps on going. 245K+ Miles on that one, and bought her at 133K. The crosstrek has 155K+, bought almost 2 years ago at 95K. Nick is my favorite at the shop but anyone you speak to there is going to treat you with respect and be professional. Sorry it took me this long to re-write my review, my opinion has certainly shifted over the years. Thanks for the two solid vehicles.

My mom met Michelle in Quick Lane and she's been a godsend to our family. If you know anything about my mother, you know, she'll either be late to her own funeral or to busy to attend, she'll have to cancel and reschedule. It's a good thing mom doesn't gamble money cuz that girl time gambles like an addict, and loses every time!!! I'm still in therapy being the last one picked up from school after practice. All joking aside though with mom's unpredictable schedule and last minute changes, Victor Ford but especially Michelle in quick lane has been extremely accommodating and on point with my mom's three work vehicles. She gets us in and out like ninjas with no BS and outstanding customer service!

I had no credit, my options were limited I ended up going there thinking the reviews meant the cars were all good. Unfortunately not the one I got. Their carfax are misleading and do not report everything that may have happened to a vehicle, assuming their own mechanic that they go to fixes something's up so as no need to report. That is my speculation. $16k+, two years in, with around $3.6k still to pay off, now the car is basically dead. I failed then to notice but the car has been a living hell. Now the transmission is done. The engine seems bad too now. All the suspension is shot, the electrical of the car is also a bit messed up. ObdII port not working to read codes. Only around 131k miles, still payments left to make and the car seems like it's totaled minus any car accident. I went to see if they would do anything but of course it has been too long. I wouldn't even want to trade it in for any other of their stock due to my now high distrust of their vehicles and business practices. Should you choose to buy a vehicle there do make sure to take extra care in examining and testing the vehicle of your interest. I certainly didn't do enough.

I always service my vehicles here and recently purchased a new ascent. I had also purchased several of their premium insurance add-ons. I went to the service area for a windshield ding, tiny door ding, and my passenger mirror dimmer was broken. They sent me to their other service area for most of it. I was then told they were unfamiliar with the insurance I purchased, even though I bought through them. They said I had to call a number which I did. The rep I spoke with explained that it was the service department's responsibility to call and initiate. Service also sent me back to the dealer because they don't work on mirrors. So I go back and all the mechanics have left for the day. So I make an appointment for the next day. Same story, different day. Franco tells me I have to call the number and initiate a claim. Franco eventually takes pictures while the mirror is being looked at and says he will get on it. I'm waiting for about 2 hours on the mirror and they find a pin sized mark from what they guess was a rock and they say they can't do anything because it's cosmetic and that the cosmetic damage needs to be fixed first. So at this stage it seems they didn't even address my initial concern. Which was what looks like a huge internal crack barely visible but more importantly, the dimmer is only dimming half the mirror and it makes it difficult to see out of when driving. Then they try to charge me around $500 for it. Mind you I've had this new vehicle not for very long. I explain that I was under the impression that this was covered under my warranty, either regular or the others that they sold me and that I was not prepared to spend that. I'll say it again - they said they wouldn't address the dimmer malfunction which I assume they are blaming on this pin sized mark which cannot be seen by the naked eye. Then he says they still have to charge me for the inspection which is $250! They ultimately waived the fee but the way I've been nickel and dimed here is ridiculous. Meanwhile, I go back to Franco a couple hours later and he says he hasn't called anyone yet but he would get on it later in the day. It has been over a week now and I have heard nothing from anyone. I regret purchasing from this dealership with all the hassle I've been through over the years of being a local and regular customer and I would honestly in good conscience not recommend them. They could make this right but there is clearly no effort or desire for them to do so, unless I sink more money into them. So, for the time being, I can either give them $500 on top of the $55,000 plus I've already given them which may or may not even address the dimmer malfunction which is what I needed and asked to have looked at, or I can live with it, along with the cosmetic issues I currently have on my new vehicle. I can with great confidence declare that Marquardt GMC and their entire team are truly the pinnacle of what they advertise "Expect, honesty, integrity and transparency." Frankly, in their quest for professionalism and value for the customer they exceed all expectations. I say this after a lifetime of experience in buying cars as I approach age 70. Please know it's a smaller, family run type businesses. Note that is has successfully been in business since 1950. That is a testament that they are truly best in class at all that they do. The buying process always seem long, but they go through the effort to make you feel at home, address every concern with care and consideration and make the process comfortable and enjoyable in contrast to the adversarial approach others often take. My wife and I genuinely appreciate the blessings to have found this place, the people, and so happy with our new GMC Hummer Pickup. I took their suggestions when going through the huge list of options, but I was told some accessories had to be installed at the dealership and did not arrive at the same time as the vehicle. When the mechanics went to install my Trailer Camera package, they realized that we had ordered the truck with trailer camera mirrors and the Trailer Camera package also ordered had them as well. So, when looking into returning them for the correct package, GM would not return them since it was 30 days past the delivery date. This was an obvious mistake by the sales team and all I wanted was to return the $1,800 package and order the $700 one that was all I needed. After numerous calls, visits and emails, even to the owner, I was completely given the runaround and finally ignored. Now almost a year later, I've given up on the dealership, filed a complaint with GM, which was sent to Marquardt by GM, but was never acted upon. Why even bother if the manufacture isn't going to hold the dealer accountable???? Anyone want to buy a Trailer Camera Package...........
