Made us pay in cash because he feared we would dispute credit card charges. Very unprofessional service in all regards. Cops said they have terrible service and our complaints were quite common. Cops handled us wonderfully. True professionals.

His kindness alongside professionalism is always appreciated and never the less, and he always goes above and beyond at his job and sincerely cares and puts effort in taking care of not only my vehicles but also my friends and family's vehicles alongside his other clients he's always been very kind and supportive in circumstances where I freak out at times during summer I had a friend come from Wisconsin a Manuel Subaru, unfortunately, she blew the engine on the highway due to her lack of knowledge of how to properly drive a stick shift, we were alongside a busy highway and Gustavo was able to get us out of the situation very fast he was very understanding and he got a driver to come and get us within less than 20 minutes! Talk about quick and efficient, another occasion was with a catfish Camaro I had, it was a project car and I initially had it sitting and I decided to drive on it briefly eyeing the tires. Foreign cars are a hassle so the careful delicacy of being in the automotive industry at times I find myself helping others more with their vehicles by providing potential clients with Limitless towing services alongside friends and family, I recently sold another Camaro of mine and was able to provide the new owner Gustavo's services with Limitless towing, I would never give out recommendations to anyone unless I knew for a fact that they would be able to go above and beyond and provide excellent care and service, I've also junked a Nissan Murano with them so whenever someone asks me about a towing, junk yard removal, lockout service, I always send my best wishes to Gustavo and his family! The quick efficiency, professionalism, kindness, and care, always go above and beyond and always exceed my high standards. Today I got a Nissan towed alongside my BMW Gustavo was quick efficient and friendly as always, and I have never encountered a negative experience with Gustavo and his company. He always maintains the vehicles with care, I've never personally or my friends or family ever reported any diligence along any sort of disrespect.
