The employee came out and did the battery test, and it turns out my battery was on its last leg. The employee helped me choose the right battery for my van and was able to install it. Took a little bit of work, but the job got done. I love that they can do that service right then and there. Much cheaper than going to my dealership and finding a time to get to the dealership since they were booked out until the following week. They provide other quick services, which is nice when you need a quick fix.

One time I was forced to go to Fields Volvo in Northfield to replace a control module on my XC90. My original estimate was to cost $3800; it took 3 plus weeks to fix and when I went to pick up the car they tried to charge me $4300. I complained to the service manager that the extra cost was not authorized and they ended up charging me $3890. Ken would never charge more than his estimate and never has in all the years I've been going to him. The other time was when I had transmission trouble; unfortunately he doesn't fix transmissions. I simply came here since it's closer, They SAID they cut keys at Karl knauz too which is why I brought my registration. When I asked why I was handed a blank key the ugly smelly boy in the parts department I was talking to simply shrugged and didn't even care. I was told my refund would be sent to my address I have still NOT got my refund. I will get my refund or my new key I was SUPPOSED TO GET in other legal ways if means if need be. I have the transaction ID and all the receipts. Corporate bmw is currently investigating the situation as well. If you had any sort of brain in that building I would've had my key and not have called corporate.
