They promptly got a number back to us, scheduled a date and that was it. I just arrived home and the house is SPOTLESS. After having a new baby in the home for a year things start to slip through the cracks. With baby two just two weeks away we feel MUCH better about the cleanliness of our home and it FEELS AMAZING. I consider us to be pretty clean people but you realize what a wonderful job was done IMMEDIATELY when you walk in the door. Baby two can lick the floors if she wants at this point. He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that I'd purchased, but they cleaned them anyway. I saw her work at two separate Airbnb's we stayed at & was given her info with glowing recommendations. Patty is very thorough. She moves the dog crate to get to the hair & dust bunnies. The office is cleaned without being disturbed. She is super easy to communicate with & she listens! Her rates are very reasonable given the size of the house & what she has to deal with: senior dog + 3 teenaged boys = other cleaning services just turned around & ran. My house looks & smells great & I no longer have to be mad at the men in my life for being gross. At the end of the day, communication is key in any relationship. I've found it best to be reasonable in your expectations...but I will say she was able to remove a large black mark on my brand new counter that the installer swore was part of the white stone! Patty is VERY good so please don't steal my unicorn. I'm sharing my appreciation of Patty & her work so that she & her business continue to thrive.
