I think there could be some minor details worked out. we rented for our wedding 10.26.24. instructed drivers not to leave until 1 pm. one driver left early and 2 guests ended up having to drive to the venue. Not the most ideal. I was also getting contacted day of about minor details like how many people we are anticipating on each shuttle. had this been prior to the event and not a couple hours before we could have remedied this situation. all and all good experience but minor details could be worked out prior to the event to avoid hiccups. read more

We gave Aaron the driver a $40 cash tip. He was very kind and patient and respectful, but as far as the overtime I am being charged for I feel that I should not be charged overtime due to things that happen beyond our control like the traffic and our shuttle was not allowed to go back to the area where he first dropped us off, so we had to walk back two street lights before he could pick us up he had to make a U-turn and turn back around because he was not allowed to enter the area. Where He originally Dropped us Off and so of course that went into overtime, but I give kudos to Aaron for his patience and understanding, but as far as the six $56 overtime charge, I don't condone that but overall the ride with Aaron the driver was very comfortable read more

This company completely ruined my daughter's engagement party. I hired two valet drivers to park my guests cars. They did literally nothing! They made them park themselves and then told my guests that there was no more parking spots left when clearly if they would have taken their keys they could have stacked the cars. Plus there was plenty of parking on the streets. Some of my guests ended up leaving. They charged thousands for this and then changed me another hundred dollars the next day with no explanation. I will be disputing these charges. They were horrible!! Don't use them. read more

Fabulous! When we inquired about their valet service, they were very prompt and responsive. They answered all of our questions quickly and it was a holiday! On the day of, they showed up on time and were very professional. We have a tricky driveway and live on a steep street. They figured it out and everyone was relieved that they didn't have to worry about it. At the end of our scheduled time, we still had cars/people. They backed each car into the driveway so that our guests could leave easily. I 100% recommend their service and will use them again in the future! They were a little more expensive then another company that gave us a quote but they were quicker in responding and the exceeded our expectations with how easy they made everything for our guests!
