Trust me I wanted to give them 5 stars, I chose a wedding venue that recommended two other valet parking companies. During Covid it was difficult to plan a wedding. I saw the website of the parking pros and was impressed, I spoke with Jonathan to get a quote for our venue. They were not one of the recommended vendors. He insured me that they were professionals and they had college students that worked for them. Based on the website I was disappointed with their services, their pictures of the valet staff was not clearly came out to our venue. Pros: Owner was very responsive and communicated with us. Prices were competitive with others. They found a place for our guest to park and handle it. Cons 1. The drivers were not wearing their polo shirts. 2. One of the three vans we had shuttling our guest to the venue had his girlfriend along for the ride. 3. Two of the three drivers were on the phone getting directions with on hand on the phone the other on the steering wheel. This was scary for our guest as we had the venue up a very high mountain of Malibu and the road were narrow and cliff like. 4. The drivers literally pick ups the guest and drops them off. They do not get out to assist the guest to ensure they are safe. We had one guest fall out and scrape her knee and hurt her hand as she fell forward. 5. We got the approval of OT of an hour for our guest to have the last run at 12:00. The one driver that came back at 11:10pm refused to stay and "acted like he couldn't speak English". We had someone translate and he pretty much said he was not staying any longer. The driver had guests in his van as he tried to drive away with the DOORS OPEN. This was not safe for our guests. The other driver that returned parked in front of him and he was able to tell him that we paid for the OT and that they will stay. The driver didn't care he wanted to leave. He argued with me for about 10 minutes. When he said that he was leaving and not coming back I had to run and get the guest to leave as we did not have a way to get all our guest back down the mountain. It ended before the 12 however, we didn't have a choice. When I got this message the next morning "We hope the wedding was amazing. Our drivers stayed 1 hour overtime last night. You will see another charge from us for $549.00. That is for the additional hour and the gratuity. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you!" I responded with the exact information I wrote above. I was very disappointment that our guest felt unsafe and did not have a good experience with these drivers that worked at our event. However, one of the three was good. He was professional and respected the customer. One was rude and the other had his girlfriend in the van. The owners reply was that he would get back to me the next day. The next day, he tells me this "After speaking with the driver it seems that he was stressed out and tired after a 14 hour day. Nonetheless, he should have acted more professional and been more attentive. I am going to process a refund for his portion of the gratuity in the amount of $125.00. I had no choice but to use Parking Pros for our wedding as they were venue-exclusive. Initial conversations with Jonathan went smoothly and I had no problems with anything leading up to our wedding. On the day of, one of their valets called out sick and no one was sent to replace them. Due to this, as well as other issues outside of Parking Pros control, the wedding ended up getting delayed while waiting for guests to get their vehicles parked. Had Jonathan been upfront about the fact that 1/3 of his valets didn't show up, I would've been okay with the refund of the portion we paid for the hourly rate. However, he tried to hide the fact that his staff didn't show by blaming the other factors (which compounded the delay) and only revealed it AFTER I called him out on it. If you have the choice, I'd go with other options due to his lack of integrity. I would give 5 stars to the two employees who hustled the whole day while being short-staffed (not their fault). Edit: Adding some more information since Jonathan is trying to shift the blame in his reply. Addressing his points made below: 1. The guest count was accurately updated with Jonathan multiple times. He provided a valet count based on his knowledge and experience and then proceeded to try and blame me for saying we had too many cars/guests. I don't know where he gets the "inaccurate guest count" as we had 137 guests attend the wedding (3 were unable to show due to emergencies). 2 weeks before the wedding, I sent a final tally of 142 (including myself and my wife) with 140 guests. He responded with a question of how many are using uber/rideshare, to which I answered, "I'm not sure as we haven't polled the guests, however, a vast majority are couples and a lot will carpool from LA. Sorry I don't have a better estimate for you." After this email, there were no more emails from Jonathan regarding the counts, which led me to believe everything was taken care of. Any misjudging of the number of valets needed is squarely on Jonathan as he should have communicated any additional concerns in regards to valet counts. I figured someone who does this for a living would have a reasonable estimate of the number of cars expected as we were busy with the rest of wedding planning. 2. Disputing a credit card charge due to being unsatisfied with the amount of the refund, when we were delayed around an hour, is not equal to committing fraud. I had asked Jonathan for a 50% refund and he simply said no, that he's only giving me the amount for the missing valet, and hung up on our call. He states we all make mistakes, yet he fails to take responsibility for his mistakes. (#1 not estimating the correct number of valets needed, #2 not communicating that he had a valet missing without replacing him or sending a refund immediately). The reason I had to submit multiple disputes was because the original dispute was marked as sufficient due to Jonathan charging (instead of refunding) my credit card the amount he intended to refund, combined with an immediate refund for double the amount (to account for his mistaken charge). I don't know the details of his response to my credit card company, but since they cited this larger refund as the reason to deny my initial dispute. I re-initiated the dispute process to recover a larger refund for the breach of contract by Jonathan. The whole charge had to be disputed as two payments were made (50% each) to ensure that the entire amount would be visible in the dispute process instead of only the 2nd 50% payment since my credit card company stated that the double refund amount was more than the initial charge. read more

The rudest and most narcissist group of valets I have ever Met. They were working a party nearby and parked a car in front of driveway and never moved it even after asking three times the moved it only after I had to be rude to get their attention. I called the mgmt and in the middle of talking to him he didn't want to hear what had happened and Hung up on me mid sentence and we I called back wouldn't answer my call. This I'll will would have never happened if someone would have sad so sorry and move the car five feet forward so I could get in and out my driveway. I wish I had a photo of our handsome and kind parking attendants, but our event was busy and I forgot to take one! They arrived a half hour early and set up the key area perfectly. Each guest had an easy time and the cars were parked exactly as hoped. Our situation is a bit tricky with equestrian trails around our property, which were not available for guest parking, but the pros made it all seem easy. They retrieved each car very quickly.
