I messaged Pet Meadow and they were very kind and responsive. They were also able to pick my girl up within an hour of her passing. Once she arrived at their facility, I was made aware that they offer attended cremations. I was on the fence about whether or not to do this and had lots of questions for the Pet Meadow team. They were extremely helpful, compassionate about my loss, and patient. The standout employee I interacted with was Michael Brown. I decided not to attend the cremation, but I wanted extra assurances that they would return the right cremains to me. I was a ball of nerves thinking that something would get mixed up at the crematory and I wouldn't be the wiser. I couldn't have been more wrong. Michael explained their process for tagging and tracking pets from beginning to end and even went to check on my Zoey personally. He confirmed her identity with me over the phone and that gave me so much peace of mind. At no point was he dismissive of my questions or concerns.
