I completely trust them and am being serious when I say they have my highest recommendation. They use honestly beautiful brass and wood boxes with engraved plaques for the ashes and the pawprints are lovely and so nicely done. They're always careful with wrapping and shipping. It's so hard to lose our pets: they ARE family. Cynthia and Eddie always make those very hard days a little easier.
