We got to know these guys through our general contractor on a major year-long remodel. They worked on a number of projects, from moving an electrical panel and reconfiguring an entire attic full of miscellaneous wires, to moving lightbulbs in tiny closets to installing an EV charger to troubleshooting a front porch light that mysteriously went out during the construction. Time and again they demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and unique willingness and ability to go above and beyond. Most recently they crawled through tight attic spaces to figure out our front porch light and ultimately figured out a fix that avoided knocking a hole in our wall! They communicated from start to finish, and that includes the office scheduler. I was informed when the previous job ran over so I knew when they'd arrive. John says: " what you are asking sounds simple but I do not think I wanna help you because I want other jobs that pay more" yours is too little" I then told him ok if that is how you feel, have a good day and I hung up. I have never been spoken to like that in my life trying to do business with any company, I am very unhappy. This is a 2 star business at best! Called Parks for an urgent repair a few days before Christmas. I have no opinion on the reasonableness of their prices - I actually thought the charges seemed high. What I can say is they came on short notice, showed up on time, were absolutely professional, went to Home Depot to get the parts they needed, cleaned up after themselves, and sent the bill by email. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the cost, but again someone who uses electricians more regularly might think it's in the ballpark. Definitely recommend them. read more
