I'm down several thousands of dollars from this. Brooks Huff even refused to reimburse the $141 oil change charge, then their insurance, Erie Insurance, refused to reimburse the charge as well, so I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Brooks Huff literally fought the chargeback request and attempted to get it denied so I couldn't get reimbursed. That's the kind of company that Brooks Huff is. Keep that in mind when you trust them to not total your vehicle during routine maintenance.

I had to come back the next day for them to install a couple lug nuts and they expedited the repair putting me ahead of the other customers who were there before me and completed it in about 15 minutes. In both instances, the technician claimed there were five to seven nails in the tires. While road hazards do happen, that number raises serious concerns. Witness the tire removal and test process. Don't trust their practices. The end result? Nearly $800 for two tires and an alignment, justified with statements like, "It's standard to do it, miss." That explanation came across as dismissive and condescending. It is difficult not to feel that women are being upsold or pressured into unnecessary services at this location. To make matters worse, one of my family members was sent away during a snowstorm with the remaining two tires underinflated. She then had to stop at Royal Farms down the street and pay to inflate them herself. That is unarcentable and uinsafe. My concern is simple: customers -- particularly women -- should not feel taken advantage of or pressured into expensive repairs without clear, transparent justification. If you choose to go here, I strongly recommend closely observing the work being done and asking detailed questions before approving additional services.
