    Now, I have a love/hate relationship for Sam's Club. But this visit at this location made me happy. I went to the customer service desk to get my card, and the sweetest female customer service rep gave the best service, in my opinion. I came in on a few days before Christmas by myself to pick up a few items for our Christmas dinner. I picked up some pans, instantbmashed potatoes, plastic bags, Hawaiian sweet rolls, onions, bottled water, gloves, and utensils. We decided to feed the homeless, so all above was needed. I was able to find some items at ease. They didn't have the gloves I wanted, so I did find gloves that worked just as well. At first, I was going to check out by standing in line, but lines were super long, so I checked out on the app instead.

    It was quite unbelievable of the customere service at Sam's club at 15 Texas Station Ct, Timonium, MD 21093 today. I bought a 8 packs spam in the same package online and one of the spams clearly has mold cover all over it so i feel it is not good to consume the other spams as it is in the same pack so i trash them all together. I went into the store try to get to a refund and show the member area staff the picture and video i recorded as a proof. Unfortunately, she told me that she can only give me a refund of one but not the rest. If i bought the spam individually then i would not request to have it refunded but it was a pack of 8 so i feel not safe to consume as it is in the same batch. I believe i got a bit irritate by the fact that she doesnt want to refund the entire amount so i got loud and i did appologize to her for my attitude but she insist for me to leave the store. I thought going to a store would be easier for me to return the item as i can show the staff the pictures and video i recorded for it. After i leave the store, i call the online customer service department to get a refund and i inform them that if they need proof, i can send them pictures and video. They refund me the amount but i am still frustrate about this situation, it is easier to work with online staff then the staff in store.

Update - consider waiting times of 2 hrs in the car center I made an appointment for 9AM to get 4 tires changed and unfortunately it's 11:28am and I'm still waiting- only until I get to talk to Jose things started to move.

    Just bought had my tires installed here and had to issues as follows. First of all after my badly needed tired I was never notified they arrived at the store. Secondly my spare was never secured in my trunk; thought I heard something going on the the trunk. I guess you get what you pay for?

    I tend to shop at this location for specific items…read more The produce was a little under stocked today. I noticed the prices have skyrocket. The store was pretty clean and organized. As always the staff is friendly. Its not a store I will get all my groceries from. But its definitely a great place to be confident when organic foods are your choice. In addition, for those with EV they have 2 chargers.

    Inept management ... purchased items mostly using our MOMs card ... only needed less than 60 cents…read morefor the balance. So, we paid that with cash rather than using a credit card. What an unnecessary ordeal resulted. Gave us the wrong change. They did not have two pennies. We'd say they had no sense whatsoever. Don't get into a disagreement with a customer over two cents. MOMs makes plenty profit. The manager couldn't find two cents. That individual in our view needs remedial training and their signage to screw a customer out of two cents is NOT prominently sized nor prominently displayed. Prices are HIGH here to start with ... guess they need another two cents for profit to support the union workers. Also, the management should have trained the cashier to inform the customer about the penny shortage and the outcome of any change due to the customer before the purchase was to be finalized. DON'T EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO READ YOUR FINE PRINT AFTER A PURCHASE IS COMPLETED. IT CAUSED US TO GET UPSET AND DO A BAD REVIEW LIKE THIS ONE! YOU HAVE YOURSELVES TO BLAME. A REAL MOM SHOULD HAVE TAUGHT Y'ALL.
