It was about $20 for 2 kids and 1 adult which is a great price for a day trip spot. Inside there are many spots to picnic as you are not allowed to bring food into the outdoor pool space but you can eat your food out in the common areas of the Centre. You can purchase food from the concession inside the Centre. We ordered the chicken strips and fries and both were agreeable for the kids. There are 2 big slides although when we went only one way open. The kids have to be a certain height to slide down alone and unfortunately my oldest was too small to go down by herself even though she wanted to go, can swim, and is the same age as her peers who were able to go down when she was not. So that is one downfall if you have younger kids like I do. The hot tub is quite large and not overly hot but still warm enough to heat you up as there can be a bit of a breeze in the outdoor areas. The pool has a lazy river, diving board, splash park, and large pools for playing. Its really a great place to spend the day. People bring in their own chairs to sit on however there are some loungers and chairs available should you not bring one for yourself. There are also life jackets available in all sizes! I found the entrance and the path to the pool to be accessible an even there was a nice slanted entry to the pool and hot tub as well! There is lots of parking on site and the service staff, lifeguards, and concession staff were all so friendly and helpful! Everyone did a great job and I would come back here and recommend to others as well if you're in the area or want to do a daytrip this is a great family fun spot.

I called Darcy at Pacific Spas in Edmonton, Ab to purchase the parts and he asked me to send him the parts I needed in an email. I did this in April of 2015 but I did not hear back from him. I emailed him a few more times and those emails came back not delivered. I checked online and Sunny Beach Pools in Edmonton seemed to be at the same address and had the same phone number. I called them in July 2015 and spoke to a lady there who told me they were the same company and that Darcy was no longer with the company. She asked me to send the list of parts that I needed to the companies email. info@sunnybeachpools.ca. I sent an email of what I needed but did not hear back from them again. I sent them another email in August 2015 but did not get a reply. I sent another email in September 2015 and this time I received a reply from Robert Sawatzky from Sunny Beach Pools. The message only said "Have we spoken before? Did you order parts before?" I was excited to finally have a reply and so I replied right back explaining what parts I needed. Once again I did not get any reply. I tried again in October 2015 and in November 2015 and I have received no replies to either of those emails. I am very frustrated at the lack of professionalism and courtesy to even respond to my request for parts. I have been without parts for my hot tub for 6 months now and I do not know what else to do but warn other potential customers about the very poor customer service from Pacific Spas / Sunny Beach Pools.
