Despite this documentation, the dealership has refused to complete the warranty repairs. One example: the refrigerator has consistently been running at 8°C, which is outside the manufacturer's specified operating range. The dealership stated this was acceptable. I contacted the refrigerator manufacturer directly, and they confirmed that this temperature is not within spec. Even with this confirmation, the dealership declined to fix the issue. This is not an isolated problem. There are multiple unresolved issues, all recorded in service documentation, yet no corrective action has been taken. Take Caution! if buying a used trailer they are very Dishonest about the trailer condition to get a sale! I Bought a used trailer from Go Rv in Leduc for me and my family and I was assured everything functioned correctly as it should with an inspection done and everything. I was even told after a couple repairs done (that I paid for) it would be all good after testing and everything. Well safe to say, that was not the case. When I took it out for a camping trip I filled the trailer with water and I noticed a significant leak from the fresh water tank underneath and my hot water heater kept cutting out and wouldn't reignite. Safe to say it wasn't "All good" I would have never purchased this trailer or let it leave the lot if I knew I'd run into these issues. Bought our trailer at an RV show in January 2025. Absolutely horrible buying experience. If you must buy from here please take your time and read the bill of sale very carefully. What you verbally agree on and what appears on the bill of sale might be very different. Also, do not leave unless they give you a copy of the documentation. Do not accept the old 'printer is broken' excuse. Unfortunately, I will always think of that horrible experience when my family and I are trying to enjoy our RV in the future. SLIMY, TRASHY & SHADY SALES- **LONG WINDED REVIEW**We made an appointment with Brandon to view a trailer (2017 Apex). He texted to confirm if we are still coming 1 hour prior to our appointment. We arrived and we walked through the lot and to his surprise... "What, where did it go...??" Then he said that he will make a call, but then proceeded to tell us to see a 'similar unit' (Older, different make and not in fair shape) right in the same spot supposedly the Apex trailer was. We knew right away - A) it was sold already or B) the listing was used as 'Bait'. After Brandon's 'phone call', Brandon says "oh, sorry, I have bad news... it was sold last night (Sunday on the long weekend, which they were closed) and was picked up this morning-Monday). *****Now, as a sales person/good customer service; wouldn't you check prior to the appointment of the status of the trailer...???...??? Nope, Brandon was hoping to entertain us with a different trailer. Of course we are pissed and thinking we could be fooled with the poor acting skills of this young sales person. We spoke to the Manager about our dismay/discuss of this poorly conduct and sales tactic; all he could say "hey, I was gone all weekend and I haven't gone over any information etc" Well, this appointment was for 2 pm and being a "manager" don't you think you should check/review your inventory/sales? -- Then all he could say "my apologies, what do you want me to do?" NOTE: the listing is still on their website. STAY AWAY !!!! PS. Brandon, your 'acting' also deserves 1 star! P.S.S. - We met with Wes earlier in the year at an RV show. Bought my camper July 6, and have spent two nights in it only. Having power issues with the slide so I took it in for repair. Since then. I got it back to more issues and 5 blown fuses, 4 trips to Nisku in a matter of 30 hours, and a floor of mouse shit and a nest from the week it sat in their lot or in their shop. Good thing I paid extra for mouse protection. Now I'm told it must be my pickup draining the battery even though two of the fuses blew in the time they moved my unit from the back lot to front lot. So I must be a stupid woman but that usually means there is a short, so fix it. Rewire it. It's only an 18 foot camper, get it done. But to no avail, my camper is still there. And yet another weekend gone by without using it. I've given up. They can keep their camper. I'm done with this garbage company and their garbage techs. read more

GO ELSEWHERE should be their name. Installed a hitch that was rated for 800 pounds for tongue weight. Actual weight was 950 pounds. Hitch was setup incorrectly as well. Confronted them about it and was immediately referred to their legal team. Tells me this isn't new for them. Hence their new name should be GO elsewhere. read more

The professionalism and respect at this store is atrocious. They recently replaced ALL their staff with staff that know nothing! It was horrid going in there this weekend. Also, when I asked where a specific staff member was this weekend at the RV show, they "advised" me that he had been "fired". It amazed me to hear such disrespect coming out of their mouths as (by law) that's none of my business or anyone elses. I will never be shopping here again and I wouldn't recommend you do either, it'll be a frustrating waste of your time! read more

What an awful experience going in there today for a part. Here's how the conversation went... Me: Hi, I need a new one of these (I put old/broken part on counter) Parts girl: what is this, what is it for? Me: it's for a fridge, it's a solenoid. Parts girl: I don't have one, and I'd need the fridge information. Me: you don't know what is, how do you know you don't have one? Parts girl: I have a photographic memory and I know every part that I have back there and I've never seen one. -------------------------------------------------- Seriously???!!?!?! She didn't know what the part was, how would she know what if they have one!?!? She did not offer to help, didn't even try to search for it. Did offer to order one of I got her the info from the fridge. She was so dismissive. So I called the store after I left and asked to speak to the manager. He was in a meeting, never heard back from him. I guess I'll be going somewhere else for parts and purchase! read more

I would have to agree with Danielle. I wish I had see her post prior to going there. It's a complete run around. They won't give you any numbers in writing and they keep changing them. My trade number changed 3 times during my deal. The price he told I was going to pay for the unit changed more then that. Review every detail!! I can't tell you how many times the finance guy had to leave the room to go get someone else to help him screw me. Sticking to my guns and wanting to walk kept them as honest as I could. Then after giving them a whole month to get my unit ready I go to pick it up with a set appointment one month prior and they took another 30 mins before they even pulled it out from the back to go over the unit. The unit was not ready. It required repairs before I could even receive it. So after a month of waiting they completely screwed my weekend plans and I was left still with no idea when my unit will be ready. They are completely unorganized to truly help you an any way. They will tell you several times that they are there to help. They but its truly them meant themselves not you. You will waste hours of your time trying to deal with them any their policies and not get very far very fast. But don't worry there is plenty of free pop as they don't want you to go thirsty. Getting screwed is clearly a long process and you need to keep up your fluids for the long haul. Most frustrating 50k purchasing experience ever in my life!!!! read more

We own a 2015 Heartland Prowler. It's 2018 when I wrote this review. Floor is rotten from leak in front storage compartment. It's not covered and estimate to repair is 20,000 dollars. Called manufacturer and they said we needed to apply caulking every 3 months to trailer or it's our fault and besides that there is only a 1 year warranty on the trailer. read more

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Heather Koopmans was a true professional and answered all our questions when we needed. Definitely recommend dealing with her. We factory ordered a new Open range 3X and it came in sooner than expected and was exactly what we wanted. The free wood and propane is a nice touch also. read more

We bought a 28 foot Cougar great RV. Really wish that we had bought it else where. Horrible service, rude, lazy not a lot of knowledge. I bought all the extras, warranties, adventure pack and it's really not worth it for some free toilet paper. Do not walk into this dealership,RUN as far away as possible!!!! Recently bought an rv from this place.The inspection report and pdi showed all damage and maintenance done as this was a used model.Damage Repaired are the key words here. We parked at our destination and lo and behold when we hooked up the water, the fridge started to flood.It seems this honest dealer didn't repair a cracked water line and actively tried to hide it.They also didn't bother to winterize it properly and the hidden dirt uncovered was disgusting. All this with a smile on their faces as they took our money.Bottom line they ARE FRAUDS!! read more

We have had problems with this place from the start. We purchased a used trailer from them and have had problems with the service department ever since. We paid for extended warranty which doesn't seem to cover anything. They insist that we pay for fixing the leak in the awning but the only reason it was leaking is because they did not install it properly to begin with! They are very rude and do not communicate with each other. Save yourself the hassle and buy a trailer from somewhere else. If I would have known their service department was this hard to work with we would have bought our trailer from another dealer. read more

New buyers beware. Biggest and worst purchase of my life. No explanation of product just wants a quick sale. I may not be ideal to work with not having wonderful credit that can get me just what I want. But it is improving and well we all have to start somewhere. Sales was a joke. Finance manager had a great front. Made me feel like i had options good sales man that is. With options to refinance after a year of good payments and higher rates. Now with issues with my purchase they dont want to help me. Dont let service keep your unit for too long. Word of advise make the repair happen within a few days or dont have it done there. Follow up with managers have well left me with little hope. I've been told it's my problem I bought it. Happy to help is a joke also. Really just a big waste of additional time. Now it's been 3 weeks and no follow up. VP was suppose to contact me for what I'm not sure but none the less I have heard nothing. Personal people skills cant be taught and that my fellow campers is not what this group has focused on when building this team. Please take this as a warning from personal experience. Deal with who you feel best with but definitely advise to do your research and give others a shot. The free stuff isnt worth the headache of issues. read more

This is Our Experience atGO RV in Leduc. We spent Most of the day at the dealership Discussing The kind of trailor WE WANTED ( we are OFF ROAD campers and need GOOD TIRES) well they PROMISED US that's what we would get!! SIGNED the PAPERS and left could pick up trailer in 2weeks, then called a week later and said "We need you to pick it up Now cause we are busy and need the space AND YOUR TIRES CANT BE DONE till Sept have to order in and TOO BUSY right now. GET there to pick it up it WASNT READY they got us a room. When we went to pick it up they still weren't done and rushed rushed THE MOUSE GAURD SPRAY WAS STILL DRIPPING WHEN we left!! I could go on but a LONG Story short. GET WHAT YOUR PROMISED ON PAPER AND GET A COPY BEFORE YOU SIGN cause they DONT FULLFILL THEIR PROMISE!! We have a Trailer that WE don't want!! Run the other direction!! Every RV is going to have issues it's how the dealer handles them that really counts. None of us want to have to fight for issues that should be covered by warranty. We have a brand new high end RV with at least 10 problems so far with Go RV Nisku we are in for a fight. A very poorly run business that doesn't seem to want to stand behind their product - I will not be buying from this dealer again and strongly suggest you go Elsewhere! read more

I went to go auto rv and marine to purchase a used 5th wheel. Not only did the sales guy not show us the unit he got distracted with another customer. No other sales man approached us. After deciding on the unit we wanted we again waited for 20 min before we finally asked for a sales guy. We told them we weren't showed the unit by anyone we went through it on our own and wanted to make a offer. We were shot down by the manager within seconds and told he would not move on the price because we were paying in cash but if we were to finance he could. I would not recommend this rv place to anyone. When the sales guy first was talking to us he was very immature and repeated himself a million times. We went to frazer way and had nothing but amazing service! read more
