Over 25 minutes wait at Parlor Donuts, left with no food! Last Thursday I had the worst experience with Parlor Donuts. The place was pretty much empty and there were only two small parties in front of me to place an order. I got two savory donuts (bacon ranch and fig & pig), since I've already ordered savory donuts 3 times before I knew it would take about 5 minutes to make them. I waited and waited and waited, it was Thursday noon and the place was NOT busy at all, 20 minutes later I still got no food. I asked about my order and said that if it would take much longer I would like to cancel my order as I had to leave, the girl came back to me and said that it would be out in a moment. Then the guy came out and told me that savory donuts take longer to make, so it's a normal waiting time, especially since they had other orders. So I replied that I've ordered this type of donuts before and it have never taken 20+ minutes to make them with even more customers being there previously. He didn't say anything back and started doing something on the computer, several more minutes passed by, my food was still not ready, so I approached him to see what's going on and to ask him to cancel my order. To my surprise he told me that all this time that he spent doing something on the computer (while I was still waiting like an idiot for the food, as no one told me it's not coming) he was actually trying to figure out how to cancel my order. By the way, I still haven't gotten my refund for that order. It was truly one of the worst customer service and the poorest communication I've ever experienced in the restaurant! read more

Prescott Parlor is a gem! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the charming decor and warm atmosphere. The display of donuts was absolutely beautiful, and they tasted just as amazing as they looked--light, fluffy, and full of flavor! Beyond the donuts, I was pleasantly surprised by their variety of breakfast options. I had the sausage and egg sandwich, and it was fantastic--fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The rest of my family also found something they loved, making it a great spot for everyone. The staff was kind and welcoming, the restrooms were spotless, and the music selection was fun and current, adding to the great vibe. Parlour Doughnuts in Prescott is a total win! We stopped in after lunch on our way to Sedona, and my husband grabbed a few donuts and a cup of coffee for the road. Let's just say--he's still talking about those donuts. These are cronut-style, super flaky and indulgent, and according to him, the best donuts he's ever had. The coffee was also a hit--smooth, flavorful, and the perfect pairing. He's already planning our next visit just to get more, so yes, we'll absolutely be back.
