Looking for a different fancy treat box for the holidays? Parlor Doughnuts it is. The doughnuts are croissant based and prove to be especially delicious with coffee. Strawberry shortcake was my personal fave. Spacious interior w plenty of seating.

Customer service is amazing. Greeted with smiles and laughter to make us feel at home. The setting is that of a pastry shop with a coffee throwback vibe. Felt comforting!!!! The doughnuts were good, just a tad too sweet for me, however they were super fresh and soft. It's a take on cronuts in my opinion, just not as heavy as cronuts are. Will try again, maybe see if I could customize a plane one with icing.

This is officially the best donut that I have ever had. Imagine a croissant and a donut had a baby that's what parlor doughnut is. It's addicting. I'm glad I don't live near here or else I won't be able to control myself

This is my first time trying Parlor Doughnuts and I was not disappointed! In just 1 week, I visited THREE times!!! I believe they officially opened on Sunday, December 8th. They seem to be quite popular... When we come in the afternoon there are hardly any donuts in the display. Shout out to Cassie, and Fares. Both were exceptionally friendly and were able to answer any questions I had.... Which was basically details about each doughnut (haha). During my 2nd and 3rd visits, Fares went above and beyond when placing, packing and handing over our doughnuts. My first visit, I ordered doughnuts from the display and thought they were a bit old? Dry? I initially didn't understand the "layered doughnut" concept. But we really enjoyed the flavors so we went again. During the 2nd visit, I requested fresh ones and they made them without hesitation! I realized the doughnuts have cronut-like texture and so that's where the layers come in. There are also gluten-free and vegan Donuts available (I didn't try any of the specialty doughnuts).... also dog donuts! We tried different ones: -Turtle cheesecake -Cookies n cream (ordered 2xs) -French toast -Coconut cream filled -Lemon bar -Minis (raspberry filled, coconut cream filled and cinnamon sugar) -bourbon caramel My favorite flavors were cookies and cream and turtle cheesecake. They sell out of certain flavors throughout the day. I imagine they have more foot traffic in the mornings and maybe evenings or closing time. Also, there's plenty of seating areas, but also, a lot of empty space, which seems indicative of leaving room for a long line??! Unless it was just because of the opening? They have a rewards program via app, which I downloaded on my 2nd visit. There was an $5 coupon and a free doughnut coupon available upon downloading the app. There is also a point system, when accumulating a certain number, drinks/food items are available for free. They're also located in in several states, so definitely download the app if you plan on visit any of those States! There was plenty of parking in front of and around the shop, shared by other businesses. Would I return? ABSOLUTELY...I already visited 3xs in less than a week.

We came buy to pick up some breakfast treats. They are basically layered donuts like a fritter or tightly knitted funnels cakes. Yet they are not dense like a cake. They are very sweet! So make sure you have a coffee to go with it to balance it out unless you love sugar !!! The peanut butter cup was really good and chocolaty. The carnival was tasty as well. I'm a sucker for sprinkles. I think these were better than cronuts. These layered donuts seem to be more airy and more glazed. I also love funnel cakes too. One is enough per person. We actually cut ours up and ate them over two days. We also ordered a savory one but it never came though so they gave us a refund. They just opened recently so it was very busy. There are table and chairs lined up on one side of the room and towards the back. I think they'll fill in the middle later once the grand opening vibes die down. There was also a small table for self serve water and cups. Loved this. Parking is free and out front.

Such great customer service and staff. Products definitely need improvement but they're new and experimenting so we will definitely support them and keep coming! I reviewed them on our neighborhood group so the business can grow. Nice looking shop

Great place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee and doughnuts. The donuts are on a different level than any other place. Large, tasty and there is something for every taste. Some are more sweet than others. Staff is very helpful and friendly

First time ever trying Parlor Doughnuts and I love it here! It's very spacious interior and simple decor. I'm not really a donut guy but I will definitely eat their donuts anytime. I got the cookies n cream one for the grand opening bc it was free! They are also doing $5 off when you get the app and sign up for the Richmond location. The donuts aren't too sweet and flavor was perfect. It is a filled donut so I was expecting it to be extra sweet, but man I was wrong. I will be coming back for sure if I'm in the area! Best donut place I've ever tried

We ordered pick up - 2 Maple Bacon, 1 mini cinnamon sugar & coconut filled. 10/10! Would totally come back ..... probably will every time we make a trip to Costco Richmond. The maple bacon was very well glazed with the perfect amount of bacon. The mini's were yum ~ my husband prefers the donuts more but i prefer the minis. Perfect bite size. I wished they had mini vanilla cream filled but the coconut one was delicious.

This was my first time trying and I was not disappointed. The Turtle Cheesecake donut was amazing. Easily my favorite. The French Toast donut was super sweet but tasty. Great size for the price.

This was a cute coffee shop that's a bit tucked away. It can be easy to miss if you don't know what…read moreyou're looking for, but it's worth the find. The space has decent seating and even a co-op working space if you're looking for somewhere to work. Otherwise there's a good amount of space to hang out. The menu itself has a good variety of options. I do like trying out their seasonal stuff and this was pretty good. I got the tiramisu coffee which comes with a whole lady finger as a topping and is quite aesthetically pleasing. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy, and it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be. Overall I quite enjoyed it!

Great atmosphere, excellent coffee, easy parking, and plenty of seating. I visited on a weekday…read moremorning to get some remote work done. It was my first visit--I ordered an almond milk cappuccino, an iced banana bread latte, and a chocolate croissant (note: the full kitchen opens an hour after the shop). Both drinks were fantastic--well balanced, and the banana bread latte really tasted like its namesake without being overly sweet. The croissant was average, though I appreciated the smaller size compared to the oversized ones you usually see. The barista was knowledgeable and genuinely engaged with customers, which made the experience stand out. One downside: the Wi-Fi was slow, even when it wasn't busy, so I ended up using my phone hotspot. I'd come back to try the matcha and explore more of the food menu.
