We are very picky about our Italian food considering we were raised eating homemade Italian food and our neighborhood had many pizzerias and Italian restaurants. We ordered meatballs and pizza knots as appetizers; and then we had spaghetti with meatballs, and two entrees: chicken francese, and chicken parmigiana, respectively with sides of spaghetti with garlic and oil and rigatoni ala vodka. We asked for the rigatoni ala vodka without any spice in it, and they catered to our needs. We shared the entrees and still had food leftover to take home. The wait staff checked in with us about drink refills/refilling our water. Upon leaving the restaurant, the manager and staff were very friendly. The only suggestion I would make is for the staff to be more attentive to the bathrooms with making sure there is sufficient toilet paper in the stalls and maintaining general cleanliness. The bathrooms were not terrible but because this location is surrounded by the outlets, they must get a lot of patrons; so it's understandable that things might need a little more attention more often than usual. Overall I am glad that my sister suggested to eat here instead of the food court; it was not only very yummy but also very cozy. It was a very enjoyable dining experience. This is my favorite parm spot because all the ones in the city (NYC) are so tiny and the space feels so freaking crammed. Not this! This one is spacious and doesn't give you claustrophobia. The food in my opinion is also better here. We always get the Italian fries, and the garlic bread. They are a must have. I honestly think whatever you get will be good. The service could be better. Had to hunt down the waitress multiple times. She was rude and just didn't like her. However other times we've went the waitresses were better than this rude one in my most recent visit. With not that many options for food aside from fast food, We thought we would stop by here for some pasta. It's advertised as a Carbone sister store which was intriguing. We ordered the chicken parm rigatoni, basil pesto pasta, and a side of garlic bread. My favorite was probably the basil pesto, it was a nice balance of flavors. The garlic bread was a bit disappointing for $8. It was way too bready and we could barely taste the garlic and butter. The chicken parm was underwhelming as the chicken was dry, thin, and tough. I ate here after doing some shopping. I had the spicy rotini with shrimp and it was delightful. It was spicy but not too hot so I asked for extra pepper flakes. The serving was decent and I paired it with a small side salad. I had a Moscow mule which wasn't the best but it also wasn't the worse. My guest had a really nice size chicken parm with a side of spicy rotini. He enjoyed his dish as well. The waitress was awesome! Overall I enjoyed the food and ambiance. My friend and I were looking for a bite to eat to fuel our shopping adventures at Woodbury and we stumbled upon Parm. Online we saw that they have a lunch special including an appetizer, main, and dessert for $25 so I was intrigued. When we walked in (on a Saturday), the restaurant was packed and we were told the wait for two was a "long time." However, we saw that there were a couple seats open at the bar, so we sat there instead. We didn't see the lunch special in the menu we were given so we asked and were told that it isn't available on the weekends, which was odd since online it said that it was a daily special. The bartender asked his manager though, and she said that they could offer the lunch special to us which was greatly appreciated. We started with pizza knots (3) and unlike the usual garlic knots we were used to, it wasn't very doughy and was more fried doughnut-y. For our mains, I got the rigatoni vodka and my friend ordered the chicken parm hero. Both were just alright and neither of us finished. The dessert consisted of two cannolis and weren't bad. Never have a whole golf ball size of ricotta cheese on pasta would amp it up so much, but hey it made a creamy rich pasta even better. Though I will say for the price, portion size could been larger. The salad, one most generously dressed salad, where salad dressing was not skimped on, but could use more salad, than cherry tomatoes and olives, since it had so much salad topping, it was closer to pasta salad, than a green salad. I waited probably 40 something minutes only for them to deliver smelly salmon that was overcooked. I don't want to be forced to try the food. The head chef did apologize for the errors and displayed great empathy and customer focus. We really appreciated that. Woodbury Commons has become one of our favorite places to shop. We were there on a Friday afternoon, a couple of weeks before Christmas, and looking for a place for lunch. We stopped in at Parm and it was with mixed results. On the positive side, the garlic bread appetizer was fantastic. One of the best garlic breads I've ever had. I ordered the chicken parmigiana platter with rotini pasta, which was also very good. We also enjoyed the glasses of wine and sangria with the meal. On the not so good side, my wife's eggplant parmigiana was only lukewarm. Not that big of a deal, since they can heat it up. The side salad was pretty plain. The part that annoyed me most was that the cost of the sangria charged on the bill was higher than the menu. When I brought it to our server's attention, he said the price on the bill was accurate. It wasn't worth arguing the couple of dollars, but I did find that wrong. If you're dining at Parm, enjoy the food, just check the bill to make sure it's accurate. read more

It's an open inviting space, fresh air, clean. I'm allergic to everything but the place smelled inviting. If I smell bad odors in a restaurant, I can't eat there. I was happy with this place. Nice mix of people, some locals & the rest were tourists from NYC & other countries. I like that it's a place for everyone. Now, about the food . I got the Meatball Parm, it was fresh & meat cooked rare but tasty the bread was a little dry not to my liking & a Pinot Grigio. Maybe, they could use a sourdough bread instead. Really solid option for a shopping break meal. Parm is one of the nicer looking eateries at Woodbury Commons. Service was pretty good but does have a little room for more attentiveness. Some of our pasta seemed to be sitting for a while between the kitchen playing it and the waiter picking it up which affected the temperature. The rigatoni was delicious and indistinguishable from Carbone's at a fraction of the price. The Parma salad (basically a Caesar) was amazing with fresh gem lettuce, buttery croutons, and a homemade tasting dressing. The zucchini chips had perfect texture. The chicken parmigiana was tender and juicy - they let us swap out the rotini for rigatoni so for just $22 we got chicken parm and the famous rigatoni. The pesto rotini was just ok. Skip the gimmicky buffalo cucumber too. Overall very solid meal especially for a shopping break - I can see coming back for the rigatoni and salad alone. read more
