Supposed to be angel hair still very good

Foods pretty good but no way the owner is Italian with these big ass spaghetti noodles they call angel hair, and telling my door dash driver everything is in the bag for her to show up and have to go back out to grab the drinks. Owner probably uses a spoon to eat pasta

Amalfi's scrumptiously delicious pizza (yes, that's 1 slice cut up)

Amalfi makes amazing pies! My girl and I just got pizza at Amalfi. Their pizza is thin crust, ample sauced, lightly cheesed and a bit under seasoned. Still as a road side "food-fill-up" as I call it - Amalfi makes amazing. The slices are thin, tasty, with a touch of oil and genuine. If you hold the slices up in front of you, they DO NOT flop down and dump the ingredients in your lap like cheap flavorless 'boston' calorie bombs.. Amalfi is real Italian. From pizza to drinks to sweets and minestrone soup - all TOP! There's lots of room to sit inside and chat too. Amalfi Pizzeria is wide open, well ventilated, lit up brightly and the staff is the best and friendliest a traveling group could ask for. They even brought another order to the car curbside! The only thing missing? Get those chill pizzaiolos a large tip jar so we can all give a little back. :) Rebel review: strong 5

I ordered an eggplant parm sandwich, this is what it looked like. Not happy.

Decided to order an eggplant parm and chicken parm sandwich for dinner. Don't know if management or owners changed, but I've noticed the quality of the food has been declining for some time. My eggplant parm arrived at my house without any sauce, cheese did not look fresh, and eggplant looked unedible; see pictures I posted; when I called to let them know the manager said they would send new sandwiches, but he wanted the 2 original sandwiches back. I don't know if he wanted to see them, or did not believe me. It almost felt as if I was trying to scam 2 more sandwiches. After waiting 25 minutes I decided to drive and drop off the sandwiches. When I did the counter girl apologized, I told her to cancel my order, but she said the sandwiches had already left for delivery. She advised to just keep them. I'm assuming that another higher level employee was working, but he was to preoccupied with someone's story to bother to ask about why I was bringing two sandwiches back. They did replace the food, but I will not be going back to Amalfi's. Same because for a long time they were a good pizzeria.

School pizza is better than this and that says a lot... Cheap ingredients make for greasy tasteless pizza. Don't waste your time.

It's not something I usually order since I normally like to try specials or different pasta dishes, but it was the perfect choice. We started with the fried calamari, and it was easily one of my favorite appetizers. If you're like me and love the tentacle pieces, you'll be happy because there were plenty! It was fried perfectly, and the marinara sauce had just the right amount of spice to give it an extra kick. To finish the meal, I ordered the tiramisu, and it was the perfect ending. It was moist, rich, and soaked just enough to give it that classic tiramisu flavor without being overpowering. Between the delicious food, the extensive menu, and the overall experience, Cosimo's is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. There are still so many dishes I want to try!

That's how good it is. For my entree I got the Spicy Chicken Fusilli. It comes with Fontina cheese which I got it kind of light. I really enjoyed my pasta. The right amount of spice. Perfect. I would definitely give this place a 10/10 and hope to return one day.

I don't think I've tried polenta…read morebefore but the best way to describe it is it's like a corn meal porridge, similar to grits but slightly sweeter. You can have it plain or with add-ons, sweet or savory. I prefer this over grits. I chose to have it with gorgonzola cheese because I live the tanginess and creaminess of the cheese. It came in a styrofoam container with the cheese cut in rectangular strips. You then have to mix the cheese into the polenta. The texture was nice and creamy with a bit of the grain from the corn. We paired it with an Italian fruit juice drink called Unico, which had a mixture of grape juice, apple juice, peach and pear puree. To me it tasted similar to prune juice. So if you like that you'll love this. I thought it was nice. It was a great snack to break up your day off shopping and walking around. It's also different and nice to have as an option compared to your typical mall food that you will find in the food court. Ben, the GM was there promoting the place. He and his staff were very nice and helpful. He even gave us a frequent flyer Card. Buy 10 get the next one free.

The star (on a billing with not much else) was the polenta, made on site, mixed with a couple of choices of sausage, tomato sauce, and cheeses. Polenta is Italian grits. It's creamy with some grainy texture. The truck offers corn and whole wheat varieties, to which you can add (or not add) other ingredients. The truck also offers a few different Italian beverages. We tried whole wheat and corn polenta with and without tomato sauce, sausage, or cheese. Each combination was very good. The proprietor was very friendly. The polenta was piping hot and the drinks were ice cold. It was a pleasant al fresco taste of Italy.

I made a reservation at my husbands request. The reservation was for 6 -1/2 people (my granddaughter who is 11 months) at 5pm. I asked for a table upstairs and when I arrived they tried to sit us in the bar area. I informed the woman who was at the front I had asked for a table upstairs and her exact words to me were "ok bye" and she handed me off to a young gentleman (Harrison). That was the 1st mistake she made. He brought us upstairs and the room was very warm. We assumed it was because they hadn't turned the AC on but when we looked it was on 62. We opted to stay up there because by that time they had given away the table that they were trying to offer us. I am not exaggerating when I say we were left upstairs for over 40 minutes before he came back to ask if we wanted drinks or appetizers. Not his fault because it appeared this woman was too busy yapping it up with some older man who was at the bar and the younger woman was just there. Harrison was doing the doordash orders, and everything else. I asked if someone was going to come up soon and this woman with reddish hair with attitude said "umm, yeah". 2nd mistake she made. I went back upstairs and our waiter came back up about 10 minutes later. He took our orders and was left to manage us alone. Overall I think he did the best he could, but there is absolutely NO REASON AT ALL it should have taken 2-1/2 hours for us to order/eat. We didn't order anything complicated, but it seems like everyone downstairs was being tended to while we were just left upstairs in the heat. Having to have my son go downstairs and ask for the check and food containers, is also ridiculous -3rd mistake!! Again, Harrison was great and we do not blame him at all, but this young gentleman should have been given help from the beginning instead of having him do every damn thing. Extremely disappointed and am pretty sure the owners of this place have no idea what their manager does and they seriously need to re-think who they have greeting and TRAIN them properly. She is lucky I didn't lose it on her with the way she responded to me when I asked if someone was going to come up soon. She is absolutely, HORRIBLE. The service was EXTREMELY slow, even though there were BARELY any people there when we walked in. We are locals and we will never go back.
