We started with the fried calamari, and it was easily one of my favorite appetizers. If you're like me and love the tentacle pieces, you'll be happy because there were plenty! It was fried perfectly, and the marinara sauce had just the right amount of spice to give it an extra kick. To finish the meal, I ordered the tiramisu, and it was the perfect ending. It was moist, rich, and soaked just enough to give it that classic tiramisu flavor without being overpowering. Between the delicious food, the extensive menu, and the overall experience, Cosimo's is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. There are still so many dishes I want to try!

It's creamy with some grainy texture. The truck offers corn and whole wheat varieties, to which you can add (or not add) other ingredients. The truck also offers a few different Italian beverages. We tried whole wheat and corn polenta with and without tomato sauce, sausage, or cheese. Each combination was very good. The proprietor was very friendly. The polenta was piping hot and the drinks were ice cold. It was a pleasant al fresco taste of Italy.

I went back upstairs and our waiter came back up about 10 minutes later. He took our orders and was left to manage us alone. Overall I think he did the best he could, but there is absolutely NO REASON AT ALL it should have taken 2-1/2 hours for us to order/eat. We didn't order anything complicated, but it seems like everyone downstairs was being tended to while we were just left upstairs in the heat. Having to have my son go downstairs and ask for the check and food containers, is also ridiculous -3rd mistake!! Again, Harrison was great and we do not blame him at all, but this young gentleman should have been given help from the beginning instead of having him do every damn thing. Extremely disappointed and am pretty sure the owners of this place have no idea what their manager does and they seriously need to re-think who they have greeting and TRAIN them properly. She is lucky I didn't lose it on her with the way she responded to me when I asked if someone was going to come up soon. She is absolutely, HORRIBLE. For the mains, we had a full spread including the Chicken Francese, Chicken del la Nonna, Penne alla Norma, and the Salmon. The absolute showstopper, however, was the Special Pasta Dish (Carbonara). The presentation is amazing: the waiter actually heats vodka inside a massive cheese wheel to melt it down, making the pasta incredibly rich and cheesy right at the table. It's a "must-see" if you're a fan of authentic, indulgent Italian food. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, making sure the whole family was taken care of. We really enjoyed the afternoon and will definitely be coming back again soon!

Where do I start, well it's a horrible pizzeria . Cheap pizza ingredients equals bad pizza that's pizza 101. Last time I checked & this is what I got when I ordered pizza there. You have Kids working there & are clueless when dealing with customers I've ordered food in the past & my orders got all screwed up I did not get everything I ordered. I called them back and told them about this problem the owner there was nasty & rude . I haven't ordered from them again. So now I goto MARINA's in Harriman or Mama THERESA's in Vales gate. Terrible service, too salty pizza, they blame the customer for their stupid mistakes. Their motto is: Customers are always wrong. The woman owner was incredibly unfriendly and would argue and became combative when I pointed out there was an error in my order. Who would spend their hard earned money at a place like this!?! How many times do they change their pizza makers?? They use kids to take food orders which get screwed up often. I now only get my food and recommend Marina's in Harriman which is worth the trip.
