It's not something I usually order since I normally like to try specials or different pasta dishes, but it was the perfect choice. We started with the fried calamari, and it was easily one of my favorite appetizers. If you're like me and love the tentacle pieces, you'll be happy because there were plenty! It was fried perfectly, and the marinara sauce had just the right amount of spice to give it an extra kick. To finish the meal, I ordered the tiramisu, and it was the perfect ending. It was moist, rich, and soaked just enough to give it that classic tiramisu flavor without being overpowering. Between the delicious food, the extensive menu, and the overall experience, Cosimo's is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. There are still so many dishes I want to try!

I lived in Highland Mills, NY for 31 years and Jay's is the hub of the town. Always great food! I see a harsh review here and there, but remember, we are all human and there are new trainees at times... any issue can always be fixed. I have called orders in from NC, as that is where we live now, and picked them up or had them delivered when we arrived in NY! We just returned from a quick weekend visit to our family there and had breakfast at Jays, of course!
