So $320.00 in labor and another $80 in parts? For a hose Bib? And two couplings? But to my surprise looking up the job it says the average cost can be between $150 to $450 to remove and replace, so I guess my only real issue of concern is that this company while doing good work doesn't give you a good invoice breakdown. And then leaving the job work site a little messy! And then I will now need to hire a siding person to repair the siding. In closing I really think it's a good idea to let your clients know exactly what they are paying for and if you leave to job for any reason to go get any and all extra parts it should not be at their expense.

The plumber, Austin was very nice and thorough. He was great at explaining his recommendations and the differences in the brands. He also provided great communication in regards to when he could obtain the recommended tankless water heater and when he would be out to install it the next day. He also left the work area cleaned and disposed of the old water heater. The old water heater installation was very unorganized so he did put the pipes and everything back on the wall and left them better than they were before.
