Also, the french fries were crispy - seems like they had a coating. Also, the steak dinner was good a bit fatty for my taste. The beans were average. The cole slaw did not taste homemade. Stopped in for lunch and was suitably impressed. Ingredients were all fresh,steak sandwich was wonderfully grilled and the service was fantastic. While I waited for my sandwich, I was given a small up of creamy chicken and rice soup. I am not usually one for creamy soups, but theirs was really good. Clever move in their part. Ordered the stake dinner last night. Let's just say that as my first and last time ordering from there. The steak was not edible. So rubbery and stringy that I literally spit out my first bite and disposed of the rest of the food. Not sure how they cooked it but I've never had steak look and feel like that in my life. Well my beef wasn't anything I expected, I had a nearly frozen bread that wasn't even dipped, my beef was just gross (no flavor), and I didn't even get the option of having anything on my beef? $7 for that? I came to town to see a good friend who recommended me here. Let me start by saying the food was okay. I had the steak dinner which was a little undercooked. I asked for well done. However the service was terrible. It took someone a good 10 minutes just to notice my family and I seated. I understand the "fast food" idea but if you are providing a dining experience for people then I'm sure it would be highly considerable to provide a waiter or waitress. They had the same guy who was working in the kitchen wait tables and answer the phone and serve the other people like he was the only person on duty. That's very unprofessional. The guy was doing his best but it did not look like there was much help provided at all. Overall it was not the best experience. I feed a family of four for $30 at this place. You can't even do that at fast food restaurants no more. Food is made to order so it takes a while but the food is delicious. I loved the chorizo burger, never thought to have one of those but I'm glad I did. This is the only place around that has good chicken wings that are not fried. This is my new spot, the menu is so diverse. Love it. My wife is pregnant and she wanted a fruit salad the other day. I was going to go pick up a burger saw that they had a fruit salad on menu. So I went to this place yesterday. Wanted to check out the new restaurant down the street from me. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Fries and Meat Juice on the Side. The ordering was quick HOWEVER the pick-up was a long time coming. The staff and crew there were good (one even apologized to me for being so delayed). The pricing is fair for the area (on average). So when I finally got my food (had it to go and they had it as dine in) I walked home and thought I would enjoy a good meal. Unfortunately, the fries were under cooked (not crispy at all), the sandwich was missing the green peppers and the meat and the juice itself was way too salty for my taste (not good for high blood pressure). Don't get me wrong, the meat was great and tender but just too much salt. I will try them again as I know starting a new restaurant that you have to work the kinks out. Maybe next time I will give them more stars. read more

Great food, great prices, and thankful for a healthy/quick option in the area. The portions are large for the price you pay. The only drawback was that when we ate there (soon after it opened) they gave you plastic silverware to use. Not the easiest if you are cutting anything. I ordered the beef and sausage combo, they're out of sausage, ok so I ordered just the beef with the mac and cheese as my side. My fiance ordered the steak. My beef was too salty and horrible, it didn't even taste like beef, and my mac and cheese wasn't great. Its like they went to the corner store for a cheapbox of mac and cheese made with the powdered cheese. My fiance's steak tasted burnt and was not seasoned well and the fries were over cooked.
