GF blames concrete moisture (which they measured before initial application with no mention of issues), but no problems with neighbors who had concrete ground and prepped before application. I have reapproved paying GF another 2K for repair in March 2026, but am told they are too busy on another job to even schedule as of 7/2026. Good luck with your job if you hire GF.

Their installers were above and beyond as was Matt Greenlee. They were more precise in their work. There was also less construction mess than we expected because they had great tools to reduce it. They were conscientious and comfortable to have in our home. They encountered a significant unexpected issue they could have ignored, but they chose to do the right thing even though it delayed the install. Our insurance company confirmed it was a valid issue. This was our second time dealing with Greenlee and we were very happy both times.

Horrible install job. He was hired by my contractor. Scott did not allow the wood to acclimate in…read moreour home--he installed directly out of sealed plastic bags in boxes. I told him I didn't want any planks with large color variances and he forgot until one bedroom and part of a hall were done and I took a look. It was too late to correct. Left large gaps at the ends of boards that he then filled and the gaps are nearly black and look horrible. Forgot to glue the stair treads. When I told him that the stairs were crackling when stepped on, he blamed his son for forgetting the glue, drilled over 100 holes all over the treads and injected glue. This accomplished absolutely nothing, as my flooring rep indicated beforehand. I filed a Registrar of Contractors complaint and they ordered him to replace our stairs. After months of lying about the wood being on order, (during which my contractor even called to ask me the brand and style of my flooring, which proved it wasn't ordered) Scott showed up one day with a trim piece and it was the wrong thickness, so he told me that my flooring comes in two thicknesses, (which the manufacturer states is not true). Sick of the lies, I told him to get out of my home. My wood is cupped, there are gaps between board ends that he didn't fill (looks better than the ones he did fill), there are loose boards likely due to not enough glue used, and I still need my stairs replaced, which will be at my expense. The cupping is an issue that cannot be resolved without serious sanding and refinishing of the flooring. My husband and I don't have the stamina to get through such a major project, so we are forced to live with it.

I live in the pines, off a dirt road. I ordered a hot tub from Costco. The delivery company said they could leave it curbside. Period. At my house there are 16 narrow concrete steps leading to the back yard, then rocks and a dirt path and a little deck off the back bedroom where I wanted the hot tub to go. A horrible job. Getting something as lightweight as a patio chair up there is no cakewalk. Bobby's crew arrived a few minutes early. What?? Four of the nicest, most personable guys you'd ever want to meet. We waited around for word from the delivery company. Finally, I called them and was told that the truck couldn't make it up my street because of overhanging trees. The guys said, "No problem. We have a pickup!" The drove it down the the moving van, loaded the hot tub, brought it back to my house, and with no complaining or drama, managed to carry it up the stairs, unpack it, hoist it over the deck railing and position it. Bobby, the owner, is a great person. When I called him to see if he could do the job, I really thought he'd say no. He was all over it, worked the schedule around me, and was as good as his word. The price for the job was more than reasonable. Much more. I'd call him for any challenging job, yard or house. This is Prescott, after all. Finding people who show up when they say, who'll actually do the job in the time frame needed, are rare. We are lucky to have Tri-City Earthworks here. This review is completely unsolicited.

No work has been started and the company is unresponsive. Two employees have called us saying that he has taken all the customers money and ran. He is also withholding wages from his employees. Employees say he plans to bankrupt the company. Complaint has been filed with ROC and we are seeking out legal support. Sharing this so no other families become a victim to what he's doing.

Perhaps the most shoddy craftsmanship and work we have ever seen. They needed to come back 4…read moredifferent times to try and it fix it and they only made it worse. We had two local flooring experts try to advise them and help them- but Forever Floors competency level was too low. So we now have the pleasure of spending more money to fix their mess. If you decide to still use them, make sure that you have in the fine print that they need to actually clean up after themselves, including sweeping and mopping after an install. You may also want to try the marble trick. You know, where you roll it on the floor to make sure the boards are level. Guess whose kitchen is completely lopsided? Yup, ours! But I guess that's what you get when you don't do the research! We even called Jay to come look at the work and found out he never looked at the job site site until we demanded it. His team of two left personal items behind ( including an interesting handbook on tasers, that they enjoyed reading instead of working on our floors). Jay kept promising to make it right. We gave up. BEWARE!!!! They do not know how to install install hardwood or engineered hardwood floors. We also had to tell them how to caulk a baseboard and they still couldn't figure it out. They actually put white caulking over the wood so that had to be redone too. So- if you want the worst in the business- feel free to reach out and I'll send you videos, texts and receipts of this nightmare company and their work.
