I have used Jeremy to clean my wall to wall carpeting, floor rugs and grout cleaning on floor tile for years and he is old school. He knows what he's doing and takes the time to do expert work. I have two small dachshunds so you know they are "hard" on rugs! He takes the rugs to his shop and soaks them and uses special cleaners to totally remove urine and odor.
