This is a great carpet cleaning service. He's knowledgeable and very thorough. Our tenant hired a "cheap" company to clean carpets that did not get the job done. Jeremy came out and spent the time to get them done right, for about the same cost as the discount guys did. He kept in good communication before, during, and after and I will be happy to hire him again when needed in the future. I have used Jeremy to clean my wall to wall carpeting, floor rugs and grout cleaning on floor tile for years and he is old school. He knows what he's doing and takes the time to do expert work. I have two small dachshunds so you know they are "hard" on rugs! He takes the rugs to his shop and soaks them and uses special cleaners to totally remove urine and odor.
