What made the situation far worse was the behavior of the Operations Director, Logan Lortz. When I brought up concerns about the condition of the bathroom, he openly told me he "didn't care." During our entire visit, he instead followed me and my children around the facility for well over an hour, obsessively watching and policing every little thing my kids did to the point that it became deeply uncomfortable and concerning. Instead of addressing legitimate sanitation and safety concerns, management chose intimidation and harassment. We ended up leaving early and canceling our membership because the environment felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely not family-friendly. Parents should seriously reconsider before bringing their children here.

Hopefully this experience hasn't scared my daughter off of gymnastics for good. Additionally, this was all done in front of all the other parents, making me feel ashamed and humiliated. A staff member marched out of the office and ranted that she 'needed to be taken away' in front of everyone and with zero compassion. I left in tears.
