While I hope we never have to visit an emergency vet again, the treatment we received was wonderful. At 5 am on Sunday morning we had to make a quick decision where to bring our pup, Finnegan, who was struggling to breathe. After calling another clinic and being told they didn't have staff available, we tried Partner Vet. We were preregistered over the phone and after a painful 30 minute drive arrived and he was quickly rushed back by staff. After 30-minutes, the vet brought us into a private room to discuss the plan of care. We already had an appointment with a internal specialist for his breathing issues two days later, so instead of running a bunch of tests the vet suggested we take him home and gave us some medication to keep him comfortable until then. The visit was a quarter of what we were expecting to pay. I would have paid for every test but he knew had an expensive journey ahead. I would go out of my way to return to this clinic if we ever need emergency services again. Thank you

It seems this practice will take advantage of customers. The staff and vets are doing their jobs but the company itself is robbing desperate customers. I brought in a cat that became very suddenly sick. He actually passed during the trip. The staff took him back immediately, as I am crying, and asked if I wanted to initiate resuscitation. I said yes and they escorted me to the comfort room. The vet came in within minutes and told me he did not have a heartbeat on arrival and thought he was experiencing a blood clot that traveled to his heart. He asked if I wanted to resuscitate and again I said yes. He told me he would be back in about 20 minutes. He came back looking sad and said my poor boy didn't make it. I went to check out and they changed me 1009.00$. The cat was there less than 40 minutes and died. I feel like they threw salt into my grieving heart. How ridiculous, I should have walked out and payed them nothing. This place's corporate statement is greed,

If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen it. I spent almost 3 grand for complications and human indecency. 95% of the staff is condescending and needs some basic human interactions training. I would NEVER recommend this place. They racked up my bills, continuously gaslit me on what I KNOW my pet has going on, and neglected my poor baby pup. Unacceptable!!!!!!!! We ended up just leaving and deciding to start from scratch at a new ER VET. I need my money back from Partner!

I unfortunately am able to rate this business based on my experiences with them and my cats passing yesterday. We called and made an appointment early in the morning for 5pm, since they are by appointment only. The front desk employee, Matthew, was very prompt and got us in easily. Once we arrived for our appointment, we told him we were there for our 5pm and then we waited. We were taken into room 2 where Jessica came in and took some basic info and then took our cat, Ghibli, to the back to be examined. Not long after the vet, Dr. Perez, came in to speak with us and gave us the worst news - cancer. She went through our options thoroughly and then gave us some time to decide. We decided on putting him down since he was way more sick than we thought and we didn't want him to suffer. They gave us a nice sheet with urn options after we decided to cremate him and then we were taken to the "death room" to say goodbye. While we were waiting, Dr. Perez came in and said he actually started declining and may pass before they were able to bring him to us. This was, unfortunately, the case, and our sweet boy was gone before we got to see him again. We did get refunded for the euthanasia since he passed on his own. Overall, the facility is wonderful and the staff are all very kind and warm, and you can tell they care about pets and their families.

Diaper days no more thanks to Partner Vet!

Although the hard decision has been made to let Dewey go later today, CVCA was great to work with to try and help my big boy.

If you find out after you've paid, they won't credit the mistake back to your card; they'll apply a "credit" to your account forcing you to come back to use it. It pains me to write this review because the folks at West End Veterinary Clinic have always been nice. But they have a real problem. I don't think the folks who work there are intentionally overcharging -- I think it may be their point-of-sale system. We have 3 reasons why we have to find a new vet despite this convenient location and the nice folks who work there. 1) They told me to hold off getting my puppy spayed, well after she was able to get pregnant -- despite knowing she would be at risk. By the time our puppy came in for the operation, they discovered she was pregnant, which caused an extra $600 worth of problems and heartache for our family. 2) They double-billed us for a cone while our puppy was recovering. I spotted the mistake, called, and they wouldn't refund the money. They offered a credit instead -- forcing me to return to them if I ever want to see that money again. 3) On the second visit (vaccines), they billed me $67.76 for a heartworm test I declined and which was never performed. Has any business ever made a billing mistake in YOUR favor? Me neither. Once could be an honest mistake. Twice in 2 visits -- well -- you decide.

The only negative review I saw was about price and I had to laugh. If you want a quality, clean,…read moreexperienced, and well-stocked vet, go to WEST END VETERINARY CLINIC! I have four kids, and foster regularly. When I foster I pay the vet bills and use Dr. Mason (owner) or Dr. Rubi, and don't worry about the price because I always get the VALUE. Both vets are great at educating me (and I know a lot after being a dog and cat mom forever) and I walk away with everything I need to keep my pets comfortable and as healthy as possible. I took a hospice foster in just yesterday and Dr. Mason spent over an hour with us, sent me home with a supply of everything I needed, and my bill was HALF what I expected! Today my little foster was feeling much better and we owe it all to West End!
