What needs improvement: The delivery men mentioned that they were NOT given the correct tools to finish the job of leveling out the panels on the fridge or what was needed for installation of the fridge upon delivery, because they "switched delivery trucks on them". Unfortoley, that leaves us the customer, waiting for them to come back and finish the job they were paid for. It's been a week, and we are still waiting for them to come back and level out the panels on the fridge. This is either the delivery men's lack of preparation before delivery or the owners' lack of structure to ensure delivery has what they need for all to go as needed.

They do offer their own warranty or you can go with the manufacture's warranty, but usually all of those warranties have already expired. There is a $90 delivery charge and $10 for hauling away the old appliance. The price may have changed a bit but it's relatively around this amount. Receiving a survey asking about my "completed repair" is unbelievable because my refrigerator is still not repaired. I have been dealing with this issue since April, and after multiple service visits, the problem remains unresolved. Astro Appliance sent four different technicians, and none of them were able to fix the refrigerator. They all appeared to be subcontractors with different opinions, and no one seemed to know how to properly diagnose or repair the problem. In my opinion, they lacked the experience and professionalism expected from a repair company. American Home Shield assigned Astro Appliance to my claim, but the service has been a complete nightmare. A part was supposedly ordered months ago, yet the repair has never been completed. Now I'm being asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey as if the job is finished. It feels like the company is trying to close the claim without actually repairing my appliance. I would not recommend Astro Appliance to anyone. This has been months of frustration, wasted time, and poor customer service. I wish I could give them a double zero. worst company ever.
