This company saved my Christmas! Three days before Christmas my oven quit heating. We had a ton of baking to do in addition to cooking for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On a Sunday evening, I started making calls to schedule someone for Monday morning. When I called Vectors, they actually answered the phone! He said he was booked on Monday but could send someone out in the evening. I needed service before then! Long story short, he rearranged the schedule and got a technician out to my house by noon on Monday. The technician, Roman, was quick to diagnose and repair the oven. Great customer service. Vector did a great job. He communicated exactly as he said. Arrived early and got right to work. He worked efficiently and communicated clearly as he was going through the investigation and repairs. He was not trying to upsell service, just give an honest repair and a job well done. When he finished, he cleaned his work area and left no mess. The only reason I knew he was there is because my ice maker worked. He even went above and beyond and cleaned my refrigerator evaporator coils at no additional cost. Also he asked me to follow up with him on the status. He genuinely wanted to know how the ice maker was working after the repair. Great service, great communication. Fixed LG fridge freezer section for my parents. They are happy to have a working freezer again.

So far it's a good solution. They only charge an estimate fee if u don't use their service (so it isn't a wasted trip for them). All others had an up front fee but everyone said the fee would be waved if they're hired to do the work. Victor was efficient & took care of the dryer. Only problem I had was, as he did clean up after; I had to mop & dust the area to get the dryer lint layer off the area. Not his fault, just a consequence of previous user of the dryer leaving a lot of lint inside the machine that had to be thoroughly cleaned out. He also checked my vent line to make sure it wasn't blocked. That might have been to get more business, but he was honest about me not needing that service. They were the most competitive with their diagnostic fee. After we decided to move forward with Victor repairing our kitchen vent hood the diagnostic fee was waived. I loved how they were never pushy. Our kitchen vent hood motor was powering, but the fan was not spinning. So Victor recommended we could have either replaced a motor or replace the entire unit.
