Sadly this Party City fell into the wrath and it closing down as many others have. They have great sale items from Halloween to birthday items going on. I have always enjoyed this store, the service, and the atmosphere the employees are super nice and helpful in this location and it was a delight coming here it will be missed. There was always a lot to choose from and the prices were great. It's a shame they will be gone soon as many other retailers have also gone. read more

This party city is one of the last ones of an old time... Maybe... Not too sure, I don't see many around anymore. Anyways, this party city is the closest and only one I know around and I decided to stop here just to look around while I was doing my weekend shopping. The location was easy to park and find from the lot and it was easy to find the entrance as well. When I went in, I could see why this place is slowly all closing, much of what you find here can be ordered online or somewhere else for a bit cheaper. The staff was super friendly and helped point me to a couple things I was looking for. I will say I did find some cool little things I've never seen before here and I decided to buy some cool little gummies that were 3D shaped like French fries, burgers and sodas! The prices here for many things are decent but I don't think I'd drive all the way here to get these items unless I needed to. I will admit the amount of balloons and balloon options are insane and if I wanted a few funny or specialty balloons, I would come here to get them. Decent prices as well as friendly staff will have me come here again but I don't think I would go out of my way to stop here if I didn't need something immediately for sure! read more

One of the better party city locations in the area. I found the staff to be helpful. I found that everything I needed to throw a Totally Rockin Awesome party was in stock. I found that they had helium (other stores are out). I found lots of parking available. I found a great party store. Not sure what else to say. Party City is a huge party store chain. This location is no different. Lots of balloons plates, napkins, deco, toys, bags, candy, etc. Fun place to get lost in for an hour. read more

The location is great being right off the highway. It's a fairly busy store. One of my favorite things about party city is the selection of everything they have. From all the different themes to colored plates/utensils they have it all. At a steep price but it sure pays for the convenience. During Halloween they have a huge variety of costumes for every age and sex. They have everything you would need from massive selection of balloons to party favors. The balloons are definitely more on the expensive side but most of the prices come with the helium cost included. I will say the employees are slow and often not extremely helpful. I feel like you have to wait a long time to check out or have balloons filled up. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise a solid store for everything party or holiday related get togethers. read more

So disappointed I called this Party City acquiring about a specific type of ballon and the person who picked up the phone was very rude. I wanted to get her name but she slam the phone in my face before I can ask. She sounded as she had a Caribbean accent and just didn't seem like she wanted to help me at all and had such a bad attitude. I called back hoping to get her again to ask for her name and she wouldn't answer the phone instead it just rang. I assume she didn't want to pick up. After such bad customer service over the phone I will definitely not shop at this store I rather go to another store with better customer service that will deserve my sale. read more

So we are getting ready for the #YSB15 MAIN EVENT - Yelp's Pirate Takeover @ Liberty Belle and we are desperately in need for pirate costumes. I was running out of ideas on what to get as the clock wouldn't stop ticking... I know I probably wouldn't be able to get a complete costume from head to toe, but was hoping I can get a pirate hat (or a parrot) here so I wouldn't have to be "that guy" again.... There was a Party City in a shopping plaza close to where I live, but according to my wife, that place is small, often lacks of any variety with horrible customer service. Luckily we found this place not too far way. Let me get this out of the way...this place is HUGE. I know the store probably wouldn't be carrying a lot of costumes in stock since we are still a long time away from Halloween, but I was surprised to find that they hardly carry any costumes in the store at all, let alone the pirate costumes. And yes they have maybe 30 isles of shopping space, but majority of them are for party supplies like plates, cups and napkins. And trying to find anything in the store was a huge challenge for us. We just couldn't' find any staff in the store for help. At the end, we were finally able to find a sort of pirate bandana for my wife and a sorta of pirate wig for myself. I was tempted to get that parrot, but that bird was huge..probably almost as big as my head. So I gave up on the idea. Overall, I probably will not be back to this store again for my costumes needs in the future. I will probably ask someone who has Amazon Prime to purchase the costumes for me so I can get it in 2 days with free shipping...hint hint hint! ;-) read more

Conveniently located in the Tower Shops, it's a party super store. However, buyer beware. While they may have every party supply in every color, it may not be the most economical. In fact, the Dollar Tree has given Party City a run for their money when it comes to plates, plasticware, cups, platters, etc. Dollar Tree also sells mylar balloons for $1 which is much cheaper but not as large of a selection. Of course they also have a wide variety of costumes and accessories at Halloween and throughout the year. The Dollar Tree does not offer that... I tend to come here for the one off items that other stores don't offer. On this particular visit, I got mini cups for soup shooters for Thanksgiving. They were cute and came out beautiful! I tend to come for those one off items but definitely a fun store to walk through and get inspiration for parties! read more

Store was not clean and the bathroom was absolutely filthy... Piles of paper towels over flowing out of toilet. Store was disorganized in the sense that nothing is really labeled so you kind of have to walk around a few times to find what you want Staff is very nice and helpful if you need assistance with finding something.. They have good candy deals. However due to the horrific bathroom I cannot fathom giving them more than one star.. read more

I stopped by to pick up some accessories for the 70's themed Yelp elite event. Their stock was very limited, I didnt have very much to choose from. The staff were nice by taking me to where the location of the accessories were. Wish the aisles were more effectively labeled as I had to walk around the store a few times until I got frustrated and asked someone for help. read more

Walked in buy a couple of balloons for a birthday. I was told they ran out of helium and wouldn't have it for 3-4 days. You guys are called Party City and you don't have HELIUM to fill up your balloons. I was told i ca buy the balloons but would have to fill them up somewhere else. Please save yourself the aggravation, and do NOT order balloons from this store. After spending close to $30 for 3 regular-size foil balloons and 6 regular latex balloons, we were extremely disappointed. First, when we arrived to pick-up the balloons, one of the foil balloons was already losing air and not fully-inflated. They would have just handed them off, if I hadn't said anything. Then they acted like it was a bother, although they decided to keep the poorly-inflated balloon, anyway. We picked them up at 6 PM on Friday night for my daughter's Saturday birthday party. By the time we woke up Saturday morning, ALL 6 of the latex balloons were sagging and floating about half as high as they should have been. Finally, during the party, another of the foil balloons blew against the fence and the seam split about 12 inches, obviously completely deflating. It wasn't punctured, it split either due to being over-inflated or to poor balloon quality. At the party, a friend told me she had a similar experience with a different Party City. She now gets all of her balloons at the dollar store, and couldn't be happier. Sounds like a great plan for the future. read more

Seriously one of the better party cities in the area! I purchase a lot of decorations from here and they are always quick to answer the phone, help me sort my things, and get in and out quickly. I appreciate their expedience and their level of customer service. They also always seem to be better stocked then other party cities. Party city corporate should take note of the kind and professional staff they are building here. read more

Always a fun place to be in and mess around in. But when it comes to stuff that is needed they get pretty serious especially for the holidays. Also after Halloween they have deals on a lot of costumes of you want to save some money. read more

Bob, the manager, helped us with our unusual balloon request without skipping a beat. He may have been a bit over enthusiastic when blowing up our Winnie the Pooh balloons but made up for it in a professional way. Def recommend. read more

they literally took 30 minutes to inflate 12 balloons. It was not even busy. The staff was friendly but they need to get moving.

Great store, but on a Sunday morning you wait like thirty minutes to get balloons filled :/
