Definitely not worth the $78 for two dozen latex deflated balloons and two aluminum balloons with the $10 delivery. Maybe they're trying to cut cost by using less helium.

This time I go with my friend to pick up and when she is bringing the chairs out for us she is clearly pissed off and slamming the chairs at us! I held it in and so did my freí end and said nothing but omg she made my blood boil, acting like if she was doing us a favor when in fact we were paying for the rentals! Fast forward to the next day, we go back to return at 11:30am and she was leaving and was rude once again and told us to leave the chairs in front of her door and go. So we did! Left the chairs and photographed proof they had been returned. All in all I would not recommend this bitter business, I'm not sure why she acts like this and is bothered you are there to give her business but she clearly is very bothered when someone books with her. I one million percent would not recommend giving this angry rude lady your business! I don't care why she behaves like this but rude and angry don't go hand in hand with business!

I had a bad experience with this place, my first issue was that I call 2 days before I go to get…read morepricing on adding helium to some balloons I have and she tells me it's $1 per balloon & if I want to get the balloons from them it's $1.50 so i agreed to just take my balloons since i already had them and told her I would go Saturday morning, I get there & the lady tells me it's actually 1.25 and that she doesn't know who told me it was $1 (with an attitude) when I clearly remembered her voice but she insisted maybe it was another worker since that's Happened before where they had given someone the wrong price which is already bad and if that's the case you should train your employees to give correct pricing but I'm like okay whatever I'm already here. I pick up balloons & when I get home I start noticing how small they are (mind you I had purchased full size balloons) I even blew one on my own and it was much bigger, the balloons even deflated by the end of the party it was truly disappointing because first off you guys give off wrong pricing and then the balloons don't even last and I know the balloons I purchased were not the problem as I've used the same brand before and had no issues. I agreed and made sure pickup day was still going to be the same. Lupe said yes. Then she texted me back again and asked if they could bring tables and chairs Sunday morning (the day of my event). I was nervous about it being last minute but I agreed. I texted back to confirm what time on Sunday everything would be delivered. No response. I texted again on Saturday to confirm delivery. Again no response even though the messages were showing as "seen" Sunday morning I texted again, no response. I called twice, no one picked up and the voicemail was not active. I'm very disappointed that I'm being ignored and now the morning of my event I don't have any tables and chairs. This is no way to conduct a business.

Word of caution, do not do business with these people…read more I contacted them for a combo jumper, and expressed my discomfort with blindly sending money to them via Zelle so we were supposed to meet in person. From there, lots of back and forth texting and me attempting to call.. Not only did it never happen due to their lack of communication and lack of follow-up, but they gave the jumper I reserved away and then began to ignore me. They were so unprofessional and ultimately I'm glad I didn't submit a deposit based off of how I was treated I doubt they would have showed day of event.
