I reached out early in the week to order chairs and tables for an event that I was having on today (Sunday). Originally we discussed to have the delivery the day before event and pickup the day after. Lupe texted me on Friday night asking if they can drop the tables and chairs off that night. I agreed and made sure pickup day was still going to be the same. Lupe said yes. Then she texted me back again and asked if they could bring tables and chairs Sunday morning (the day of my event). I was nervous about it being last minute but I agreed. I texted back to confirm what time on Sunday everything would be delivered. No response. I texted again on Saturday to confirm delivery. Again no response even though the messages were showing as "seen" Sunday morning I texted again, no response. I called twice, no one picked up and the voicemail was not active. I'm very disappointed that I'm being ignored and now the morning of my event I don't have any tables and chairs. This is no way to conduct a business. read more

Word of caution, do not do business with these people. I contacted them for a combo jumper, and expressed my discomfort with blindly sending money to them via Zelle so we were supposed to meet in person. From there, lots of back and forth texting and me attempting to call.. Not only did it never happen due to their lack of communication and lack of follow-up, but they gave the jumper I reserved away and then began to ignore me. They were so unprofessional and ultimately I'm glad I didn't submit a deposit based off of how I was treated I doubt they would have showed day of event. read more

ATTENTION ALL!!! THIS MEDIOCRE BUSINESS DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICE TO BLACK PEOPLE!!! I was helping my friend search for some affordable tables and chairs for an event and found this place on Yelp. I called and inquired about availability and prices which were appealing and the girl on the phone said they would deliver on Saturday as requested. So I forwarded this information to my friend and though she wouldn't take a card payment over the phone she agreed we could stop by and pay beforehand as long as he called ahead of time. I drove to the address on this page and turned it it's a residence, which is completely fine I just wanted their business, however; instead of going to the door I called -no answer, I texted and there was never an answer, but I was left on "read". This morning I followed up with the following message: "Good morning, sorry for stopping by without calling first yesterday. Is it OK if I go today? We want to pay and get that out-of-the-way to lock it in for Saturday". Again, I was left on read. Disappointed, We took our business elsewhere. I came by to see if anyone else had a similar experience turns out the last review had an actual worse experience. Other people had nice things to say though so I was a left a little baffled. It didn't take me long to realize the person with the bad experience before me had the same skin color as that of my friends. SMH I get it, businesses can reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. But REALLY??? The lack of professionalism and common courtesy make my stomach hurl.
