Food & Souvenir: 5/5 I got the Pineapple Dole Whip served in a mini Angels baseball helmet, and it was such a cute idea. You get a refreshing treat and a little souvenir to take home afterward. The Dole Whip definitely hit the spot during the summer heat! If you want a bigger hat, get the nachos! There's also the yummy cookies but get them earlier; otherwise, you'll be stuck in the line. Parking: 5/5 One thing I really appreciate about coming to an Angels game is the parking. From my experience, getting in and out is much easier and less stressful compared to going to a Dodgers game. Overall: 5/5 Even as someone still learning baseball, I've been enjoying the whole game-day experience. Between collecting the themed jerseys, trying the stadium food, and slowly understanding the game, it gives me something new to look forward to each time I come back!

The metal scanners made security easy since we didn't have to remove our bags or contents. After finding our seats, we grabbed some food and drinks, but be careful with the drink cups because the lids don't stay closed well, so carry them from the bottom. Overall, we had a great experience at the stadium as always. Tip: Make sure you exit through the gate closest to your parking spot, or be prepared for a lot of walking!

I explained that I needed the umbrella for a sun allergy and I was walked over to a manager. I showed the manager my medical record showing that I do have a sun allergy and he allowed me to bring it into the stadium. Thank you. Count on lot of walking and standing in line for literally hours and then wandering around Old Pasadena in the middle of the night trying to get a Lyft with thousands of other people. The pre-concert email warned that you needed to be there by 4:30 for a concert with a 6:30 start time if you didn't want to risk missing some of the show. If you're actually telling people it takes as much time to enter your venue as it does to go through the airport for a domestic flight, something is very, very, wrong. Within the venue a lot of the security was nice but they were completely indifferent to all the weed and other smoking. I watched a guard literally walk right past someone openly smoking a cigarette. Not everyone wants to be around that shit and it's supposed to be banned in the Rose Bowl. Between the smoking and the shuttle being absolute hell, it was not a fun experience, despite my love of the band that played.

I can't really speak to the food because I just bought beer the last time I was here. I've also recently come here specifically to see 'Stars on Ice' which included some of our greatest Winter Olympians - past and present. When I recently visited, they were going through some renovation so it affected the logistics a bit, but they were still pretty organized. The folks selling the beverages were super friendly and it was pretty easy finding my section/ seat. Getting to see some of our great Olympians was just so fun and the energy from the crowd was electric. Getting to see Alyssa Liu's viral routine and the Blade Angels performing their K-pop Demon Hunters routine was special.

Parking is for a fee and not fun, but you will get a space. The place is cute and clean and it is not so huge that are a ton of bad seats. Most of the seats are great and the sound system is wonderful. The food is fine, it is not great, but it is exactly what you will find at another venue like this. The lines can be long and they need more staff, but it is fine. We always pick this venue over any stadium. You will be happy and safe here.

Our seats were up high in Prom 5, W2, but with the Bowl's acoustics and big screens, we missed absolutely nothing. Surrounded by the lyrics, sound, and the vibe of One Republic's collective, amazing talent, augmented with LA Phil's strings, plus the season's spectacular fireworks finale, I was swept away on a glorious wave of summertime joy that makes the Bowl under the stars the dream venue it is. I've had catered meals, ordered at the window, and brought my own food and beverages in before. It's the only place I can think of that is generous with its policies in this way. This also makes the Bowl exceptional. Tonight we opted for snacks as we'd already had dinner prior. We were glad for that, as it's pricey. We took a shuttle in from Schabarum Park in Rowland Heights. Reservations for this were made through the Hollywood Bowl's website. This makes traveling to and from exponentially smoother. Locations are available throughout LA county, and I would encourage anyone attending a concert here to go this route. I'll be back again next weekend. I can't wait.

This century-old venue is quite big and can seat 17,500 audience members. Recently our party came here for the 2026 Summer Season and attended Joe Hisaishi's Film Music Concert (July 2026), Celebrating Gustavo at the Bowl: Foo Fighters with the LA Phil and YOLA (August 2026), and Fireworks Finale: OneRepublic (September 2026). [Onsite parking]: Lot B General - HB (2205 N Highland Ave & 9 min walk & 0.36 mi) = $60.50 & Lot D General - HB (6605 Odin St & 8 min walk & 0.35 mi) = $49.50. Since onsite parking is fairly expensive and can be sold out in advance, the venue offers other alternative transportation options. [Park & Ride]: For LA Phil Presented Events, visitors can purchase an advance online ticket (must be purchased by 10 AM the day before each concert) = $10 round-trip (including $1 per ticket fee) or day-of at the lot (cash only with exact change) = $15. For Lease Events, an advance online ticket = $12.45 or day-of at the lot (cash only with exact change) = $15. These Park & Ride locations are located all across LA County from Pasadena, Torrance, Chatsworth, etc. Upon leaving the venue, just follow the correct color code to get to the correct designated pickup spot for Park & Ride shuttles. [Bowl Shuttle at 4 locations - Burbank Metrolink, LA Zoo, Ovation Hollywood (formerly Hollywood & Highland), and Ventura Blvd (10801 Ventura Blvd)]: Free with a Metro or Metrolink ticket (travel must have occurred within the last two hours via bus or subway). For LA Phil Presented Events, an advance online ticket (must be purchased 1 hour before the concert) or day-of at the lot (cash or card) = $6 round-trip. Most visitors choose to park at LA Zoo as LA Zoo offers free onsite parking (Ovation Hollywood is the only one out of the four with paid onsite parking = $25 for event parking or 2 hours for $3 with validation at participating shops and restaurants + $2.50 for every 20 minutes). Advance ticket purchases for the Bowl Shuttle are not required as one of the staff members will have a portable payment device for onsite payment. Anyone who takes the shuttles is required to hop onto the shuttles within 25 minutes after the show is over or else they will need to find their own rides. The ride from LA Zoo to the venue was approximately 35 minutes with no traffic and the ride from Ovation Hollywood to the venue was approximately 20 minutes. [Amenities]: The venue actually has some good food and drink options (e.g. Just Ice Tea, Magpies Softserve, etc.). With that being said, the venue actually allows audience members to bring outside food and drinks to some events. American Express cardholders get a separate entry and lounge access. In addition, any visitor can rent a seat cushion for $1 each (or free for American Express cardholders) as seats at the Bowl are pretty firm. Once the concert is over, just leave the seat cushion behind and the cleanup crew will return the cushion for you. Is the sound too loud? I was able to get free earplugs by asking one of the staff members at the seating sections. [Viewing]: Seating sections L to P had decent views as I was able to see what was happening on stage through one of the multiple monitors on the side of the seating sections L to P. While seating sections Q to U were inexpensive, it was quite difficult to see the actual stage and there are no monitors at sections Q to U. [Conclusion]: This is a beautiful venue with a great crowd atmosphere. The transportation situation is a bit annoying, but once you figure out the ins and outs then getting to the venue is fairly straightforward. Personally, this is one of the better performance venues in Los Angeles with above-average food / drink options and multiple transportation options. P.S. - Since this is an outdoor venue, I highly recommend bringing an extra jacket as the temperature can drop quickly after sunset and it can get quite chilly.

We ate/drank, laughed, watched an entertaining baseball game, caught a couple of foul balls, took pics with the ballplayers and the team mascots, and truly enjoyed our time together. The venue is such an awesome stadium: every seat has a great view of the field, the seats are comfortable, and the restrooms and snack bars are conveniently located. However, the culture of the staff is absolutely different in a bad way. Typically, giveaways with the 66ers in San Bernardino were plentiful and joyous. Not here! I arrived for a Rancho Jersey giveaway and the staff stopped passing out jerseys after a few minutes after the gates opened. There were loads of fans who didn't receive a giveaway item. Meanwhile, staff stored boxes of jerseys away, I saw a dude take some to the back! What?! I absolutely hate when staff store things for themselves. It felt more like a slap in the face when they started distributing tons of rally towels instead of the jerseys. This was planned, this team's front office are cheap penny-pinchers. I arrived early before the game, I know how these events work. This was one of the worst sporting experiences I've encountered. Staff were standoffish and condescending when we asked them what their deal was? I was polite and professional, I don't like these Rancho Karens one bit. At this point, this is a betrayal to the Angels brand. I never have this happen at a major league game. Yes, I know resources vary but this is rude customer service. Only Tremor and Aftershock were chill, this team needs to cool it. I won't be coming here till people fix this mess. PS: Hey Quakes, you had all this time to revamp your merch and we're still selling Dodger blue memorabilia? What the what?! Lame.
