This place is a joke. It's a small tent in the parking lot of CVS. You pay $3pp just to walk around and look for an overpriced pumpkin. Nothing has pricing on it. If you wanna do crafts you have to pay. If you wanna go pet some stinky goats and a pony and step in poop it's $10pp (if you wanna feed them a few carrots it's an extra $10).. The bouncy house is $25. So what's the $3 admission for?? Definitely skip this place, just go buy a pumpkin at Costco or Trader Joe's- they're bigger and cheaper. read more

I was thoroughly impressed with the Pasadena pumpkin patch and the diverse experiences that my child had available to them. A fan favorite was the petting zoo and having photo ops with the miniature horse! Even more adorable were the piglets resting near mama pig. My child enjoyed the inflatable slides and spent more than an hour at the arts and crafts Center decorating pumpkin for Halloween! The staff couldn't be more friendly or accommodating to us. A special shout out to Rosemarie Allegra who checked in with my family to make sure that we were getting all that we wanted out of the experience. Had a lot of fun with friends here. The pumpkin decorating was a great activity although pricey and the staff made us feel like we kept breaking rules that we never understood. My child sat at a seat where no one was sitting but the people at the table told us it was taken so we waited for another seat. My child was decorating and several minutes later someone arrived at that initial seat. We had to ask to use the supplies and for space for the pumpkin to dry. It was strange but we had fun nonetheless and there was a good selection of bouncy houses. I'm not sure I would go again at full price. read more

What a great pumpkin patch! My kids played for hours on the bounce houses and slides. The face painters did a great job on my daughter. We also did the pumpkin crafting which my kids loved and the kettle corn was so good! They had a good selection of different sized pumpkins and they had some pretty light green and pink ones. Given the size of the patch, I think it's REALLY OVERPRICED and I won't go back. I paid $5 each for entrance (4ppl so $20 total) and it didn't cover any activities inside. Bouncy houses play was $25 per kid, pumpkin painting was like $10, and petting zoo was $10. So you are paying at least $50 to get the full experience. Brought my baby girl to her first pumpkin patch, I heard a lot of good reviews about this pumpkin patch. I was able to make it the weekend before Halloween, they were located in CVS's parking lot. Parking lot was shared with CVS, felt like everyone who was parked in the parking lot was there for the pumpkin patch. I Admission were $2 per adult, so $4 total for me and the hubs, baby girl was free ( 15 months). There was a lot of pumpkin and kids in costume which was very nice. This place is located in a convenient and easily accessible area in Pasadena with free parking. The cash only entrance fee threw me off but luckily my mother in law had cash. They have an atm but I really don't like using random atm machines. The rest can be paid with card. They have big bounce houses with no time limit. They have a petting zoo and arts and crafts activities. Initially I bought two wristbands for the bounce houses. My ten year old loved it but my two year old was intimidated and didn't want to go in. I went back to the front and asked if I could exchange it for petting zoo passes and they honored it. Great customer service points. The petting zoo was airy and there were two staff working on crown control and zoo maintenance. The layout of the place seems to maximize the parking lot space. There were a few of neat corners for photo moments. I understand it's not ideal to spend 25-100 bucks at a pumpkin patch but compared to the bigger ones it's a deal. read more

Let me make something clear: avoid this place at all costs. I came yesterday with my family and it was a complete waste of time. The workers at this place are rude and honestly, I'm surprised some people have businesses. I didn't catch the owners name, or at least who I thought was the owner, but he's a gentlemen in his late 20s, earlier 30s possibly. Many things wrong with this place, but what really caught my attention was a claw machine game in the back. I wanted to play and only had a 20 dollar bill, so I put it in the machine to convert the 20 dollar bill into 20 dollars of quarters. After doing so, I didn't notice the machine doesn't take coins, so I respectfully went to the front and asked the admissions people if they can convert the quarters into 19 dollars, to which the owner was called to the front and rudely declined. I said no worries, can you at least give me a few dollars, and to which he said no and he doesn't own the games etc, basically just starts spewing out nonsensical garbage. People are coming in and paying 3 dollars for admission and 10 dollars for a petting zoo and you can't even exchange for a few dollars? His tone and attitude were rude as well. This is why I haven't seen a single person buy their overpriced pumpkins, and I was even thinking of buying the largest one there. Even the guy in the front tried charging my family 16 dollars for 4 people. Brotha, 3 x 4 is 12. I had to correct him quickly. Listen, whoever the owner is, I graduated with a degree in Biology and we did quite a bit of math in my classes, if you need me to tutor your staff on basic math I seriously will. I won't charge as much as your medium sized pumpkins because that's a robbery, but we can talk business. It's attitude and a lack of understanding of customer retention that results in low ratings, to which the owner likely doesn't even care. I called a few other places to take my business to, and there is one in South Pasadena I fully recommend. I called and the lady who picked up the phone was so kind, her name is Anita. They even receive very large pumpkins and I'm going to stop by because I'm looking for one between 75-100 pounds. You see what being nice gets you? Business my friend. Learn, grow, adapt and your business will thrive. Maintain a poor attitude and be rude, and people with money won't come by your place. Learn to be more polite and enjoyable, and to be honest I would've bought a week's worth of pumpkins in that one night from you. Big L Probably one of the easier pumpkin patches. Meaning you can cover all ground within 10 min. I can tell you more about what they don't have. Not complaining. Just sharing my experience. They have some jumpers and a petting farm. That was probably the only cool thing. Im an adult and I still love pumpkin patches. This one was depressing. They charge $3 for entry. Which is bad because you don't get your moneys worth. Parking is free. They share a parking lot the grocery store. The workers are super cool tho. I don't recommend this place at all. Went there today place is nice but customer service not good. Did the craft pumpking was told to get it from the bins im going to pay lady looks at pumpkin and says you are supposed to grab them from the bin there and points to the bin where i got it i told her that is where i got it from looks at me like i am saying a lie!! This has been my friends and I tradition to visit annually for the past 5+ years. We have always really enjoyed are experience. They are located in a CVS parking lot and although it seems small they really do have so much for the kids. Petting zoo, and bounce houses. In the past there were pony rides but not this year. The location has also added a bit as well with food vendors setting up right outside. The parking lot provides enough space for both patch customers as well as CVS. Price wise it is $$-$$$. Pumpkin costs range with some deals if you purchase more than one and jump and petting zoo cost has gone up over the years. This year is was $20 for all day jump and $5 for the petting zoo. The very first year I came it was $12-15 for the jumping only. Their is a Groupon deal that is extremely reasonable that we have used in the past. This weekend I came here twice. Friday night my son and nephew had a great experience as I expected. Saturday during the day though it was completely different. We had a large group, my son being the oldest 12 and their were several smaller children in our group. First, he was told he cannot be in the smaller jump area with the children (at the time it was just him, a small child from our group, and one other child). This was a different rule from Friday night. I told him it was fine and just stay on the two large slides. Next he was helping the toddler (2 y.o.) from our party up the slide and they slid down side by side as many other kids were. My son was scolded again and told he cannot be with the child helping him up or sliding side by side. This was all very disappointing and caused him to cry. We came with a party with smaller children and he is not allowed to jump or slide with them. I want to add that this year they have hired some new employees to help with the jump area. They are teens. I understand having rules, but this is very inconsistent. Another in our party mentioned she was here a few weeks ago with larger and smaller kids who jumped/slid together and had no issue. This experience ruined my sons day with our friends. I did complain to the adults at the register as well who apologized. If I could give a half start I would rate this year at 3.5. Past years have always been 4.5 to 5 stars. I may return next year with friends but will have to see. read more

*This company is practicing animal cruelty!* I recently went to CVS and was taken aback when I came across this "pumpkin patch" in the parking lot. The petting zoo animals were being kept there well before it officially opens (it was the beginning of September and it opens October 1st and runs through Halloween). They are being retained in small quarters with VERY little room to walk around in a parking lot that's situated on one of the busiest intersections in the Pasadena area. It's EXTREMELY loud and chaotic with traffic noise and is definitely not a suitable or humane living environment for ~15 animals for months on end. The company that runs this has multiple locations with the same harsh conditions. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY OR THEY WILL CONTINUE TO MALTREAT ANIMALS. Buy your pumpkins from a place that doesn't have petting zoos. This cannot go on every year, please help me put a stop to this! read more

Petting zoo. No one is watching or protecting the animals. Everyone (including parents) laughing at these poor frightened animals running around desperately seeking refuge from the kids chasing, poking, mocking them. They were also picking up and running around with a chicken who was shaking trying to sleep in the corner. Both of my kids were standing in there with tears in their eyes for these animals. Geese too. They should be floating around somewhere in a pond/lake. This ruined our night completely. HAVE SOMEONE THERE ASKING THE KIDS NOT TO CHASE/HARASS the animals! Very misleading. This place is just taking up a small portion of the cvs parking lot. We called in advance to see if they take credit card and they said they do take cArds. However when we got there they said they were cash only. Each person had to pay 2 dollars for admission and since it was the first day yesterday they had kids paying 25 dollars each for "unlimited rides". Since we had multiple kids, they gave us a discount for 20 per kid, again cash only. This does not include petting zoo (we didn't go). The pumpkin patch area was tiny, just had piled up pumpkins underneath a tent. The rides were just 6 very dirty bouncy houses and slides. They had teenagers manning the entry of each ride but they weren't enforcing much in terms of keeping the kids safe. Again the rides were really dirty. The kids had their shoes off and socks on but the sole of the socks were all black by the time they were done playing and their feet inside the socks were dirty too. This is not worth a visit, save your money and go elsewhere. read more
