Nice small, quiet, clean park, just outside of town, right off the 101(but not too close). Staff friendly and helpful, spaces are close but situated nicely, covered with , ours did require some leveling, hook-ups in good working order. There are a few long termers, not a problem for us. No store on premise (I like to get a piece of memorabilia i.e. sticker, t-shirt from parks we visit) we ended up at Walmart in town to replenish some condiments. All in all a very nice welcoming park for us, we look forward to staying at many more times. read more

Beautiful location with a vineyard view. All RV spots here are full hook up sites. We called in to find a spot for same night and were fortunate to get one. The host was very friendly and nice to talk on phone. He went through the checkin process afterhours patiently. Lots of common areas to sit. Restrooms are clean with shower facility. There is a clubhouse type common indoor space for bigger families to sit together. A swimming pool is also onsite. All in all a great pit stop for families to chill and relax if driving in an RV. read more

I had higher hopes for this RV park. The store was always closed although they did have a vending machine in the laundry room. They had a basketball hoop not really a court. They did have a pool that was covered but think not in use for the winter. Small rv park. The RV spots are super Close to your neighbor like right on top of each other. They have outstanding signage, wide streets, clean bathrooms, and best of all super friendly staff. The site Manager, Tina, was awesome and made us feel like we were part of the family. She was also our Fresh Egg Dealer! Our site, D1, was a level, clean, crushed stone pull-through. All hookups worked as expected with no interruptions. The RV Ranch is quiet, friendly, and serene! i have been living full time at this park up until a month or so ago, The staff is extremely disrespectful and for 2100 dollars a month I believe that there are far better places to stay at. This is a hidden gem!!!!!! We have been coming here for the last 5 years. This place is clean, laid back, and easy access. If you need their bathrooms they are huge and spotless. Prices are great. We recently stayed at Paso Robles RV Ranch, and it truly exceeded my expectations! For being in north Paso Robles, almost San Miguel, this place really is a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The RV spaces are generously sized, and the well-kept grassy areas provide a refreshing, homey touch that made the stay very enjoyable for us and our pups. Each site also has a picnic table so we were able to play games outside and enjoy the amazing summer nights in Paso. We enjoyed the outdoor cantina, which boasts a great selection of grass, comfortable seating and a pool. It's an ideal spot for unwinding or socializing in a serene environment. What really set this place apart, though, was the wonderful service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, as they greeted us in a golf cart as we checked in. If you're searching for a quiet, well-appointed RV park with excellent amenities and outstanding service, Paso Robles RV Ranch is a true gem. While we only stayed one night, we found this campground to be fantastic! From the super friendly staff, who lent us a water hose (long story) to the amazing site complete with our own lawn for the puppies! It was very well maintained, clean and cute! It was ok. I wanted to give 3 1/2 stars Bathrooms really big and washer dryers were ok. Wash machines need to be replaced. Several full timers . I'm kinda not a fan to be parked to people who have lived at these parks for years. Backing in the rig was hard with cars /trucks partially in the street and a light pole smack in the middle of where I should be able to park my car . Signs everywhere saying keep dogs on leashes at all times. I can guarantee that all the people who are not following these rules are people who have been living there for years. ( even the manager marched her pack into the office , off leash ) How do I know they've been living there for years because they have permanent fences around their trailers and they told me. ( spider webs covered the back of there rigs. Also, the dog run is like a giant cat box , I was not a fan . They really Should put an artificial turf or real grass , and put a shade above it. It gets very hot in Paso Robles. There are patches of grass , and a walking path . Overall ok to stay a few nights. read more

Located off hwy 101 Paso Robles RV Ranch has continued to be a pleasure to stay at. The family owned business makes it more personable and the grounds are kept clean and quiet. Although the RV Ranch does not offer a hot tub or children's playground it still is able to compete with the other RV sites in Paso Robles. We have stayed at this RV site since our children were young and it was a pleasure to see it still in existence all these years later. read more

Easy to get to right off of I-5, very friendly and helpful staff, within walking distance of the casino, and the price was right.

I will give the most fair review I can give. The facility was pretty nice. Clean, but a little run down. The pool patio furniture was super run down but the pool was nice and cool when it was 103 out. The sites were fairly large and nice. Lots of grassy areas for you to sit the shade. The staff were nice and helpful. Now for the negative: What I did not appreciate were the Trump flags flying by the owners/camp hosts (my assumption based on where they were) and the Recall Newsom stickers. I don't give a crap what your political beliefs are and honestly, I don't want to know. But that alienates more than half of the Country. Based on that alone, it's great if you are a Trumper. But I won't be staying there again just based on that. read more

From booking, arrival, and our stay, we love RV Ranch. I had several changes to my reservation and I was accommodated with a smile. The premises are clean and decorated so cute. I want to start by saying it's a nice RV park. Dog friendly, clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly. The location is just north of downtown Paso. I have stayed here several times. For most of the country that is in the political middle. It was quite disappointing to see Trump 2024 flags flying on the property. As a business they should know how polarizing this is. I personally felt it was in bad taste to be flying such a flag. One of the employees was a clear supporter and had his vehicle loaded up with stickers. This would prevent me and many others to want to patronize a business that flies these flags. read more

What a great place! This is the cleanest campground we have ever been to and everyone so friendly. We arrived after hours and just pulled in a spot for the night. They took care of the details in the morning after a refreshing night sleep. Don't let the location off the freeway dissuade you from stopping. Very quiet and serene. We will stop again! read more

I did not stay here, but called the office because I was looking for a good site for a friend of mine travelling from Europe. Folks were very accommodating - leaving a note for him on the office door (since he was arriving fairly late). He also had very good things to say about the site. If you are a camper or RV'er sometimes all you can count on to keep order in a park is the camp host. With responsible hosts and management this would be a nice little park. During our hours long stay we observed the camp host couple with friends who had glass bottles on the pool deck and had their dog swimming in the pool. When reminded the pool was posted for "no dogs", the host told us "we're the managers. If you don't like it, get the hell out of here". His partner told us he's really a nice guy but he turns into an a** when he's drinking. We packed up and left. Later, by phone, we spoke with the actual manager who apologized and gave us a full refund. He also said they were now required to drain the pool because of the dog. So I suppose on Saturday August 3, 2022 Labor Day weekend, the pool would have been emptied. If you can't trust your camp host, who can you trust. read more

This is a wonderful RV place . It is a quiet place with nice surrounding view. The entire place is soo clean & tidy. Cute & quaint . The bathrooms & shower are soo clean . The staff Steve & Loretta brought us a bbq grill to use at our campsite . There' a wonderful fire pit that you can meet other campers. Don & Sam are so nice. Paved roads and gravel sites that are immaculate. You can pay much more at one of the 3 local Sun Country resorts and get that hot tub but when it's time for us to visit, this is our choice. read more

This has become one of my favorites spots to stop. This is a family owned and run campground. That is absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The campground itself is pristine and well-maintained. All the hook ups are easily accessible, and they accommodate all types of RVs. Plenty of room for oversize trailers and coaches. It's in close proximity to everything you would ever need in town but far enough away that you don't have to deal with anything associated with the town. I highly recommend a stop to anyone traveling 101 N. or south. Prices are extremely reasonable. read more

My husband and I sold our house in California and stayed here for a couple of months before we left the state. PR RV ranch is one of the best in the North County. Tina and her husband treat their guests very well and I can't say enough about the camp hosts, Loretta and Steve. They work hard to make the park look great and to make everyone feel at home. Everyone is seriously treated like family here. I still keep in touch with them since we left. We came back to California for a short time and, unfortunately, they didn't have a spot for us so we had to stay at Cava Robles. I would recommend this place over Cava any day. The cleanliness and customer service far exceeds theirs and you don't have to pay Cava's ridiculous prices. We'll be back in a few weeks and PR RV ranch is where we'll be! read more

Everyone was very nice. What I have noticed which is becoming the norm with some RV resorts is the amount of people residing at them.
