A little gem of an RV park in a little gem of a town. They never had a serous fire, so the old time charm is intact Right across from the pier, and just on the north side of town. Easy safe walk to restaurants and shops. Many fine antique spots and cafes in town. No parking meters, valets, or traffic lights

Another great time at Bella Vista by the Sea RV Park. November 27, 2023. This is a quieter time of year in Cayucos, and the RV Park is great to be at, as usual. We pulled in on a Sunday afternoon, our registration packet was waiting for us. We got set up right away with water, electrical, and sewer, and then headed down to the beach. It was a balmy 75° with not a cloud in the sky and no wind. We had a beautiful sunrise in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening, followed by the rise of a full moon. What more can you ask for as you sip your Hearst Ranch Tempranillo next to a warm fire on your patio. The town isn't quite as active as other times of year, but still plenty to do in Cayucos and the surrounding area - dining, beach walks, a few night spots depending on the day of the week.

Every once upon a time I make up a little rhyme... Of a secret spot to keep unknown An amazing place we love to go Stayed up late wishing on a star Bella Vista, there you are Dreamt of a pier and a fire on the sand Cayucos is where we land Savored food satisfying and sweet with the beach at my feet Took my pup along the shore Danced in the rain as it started to pour Surfers twist and glide in their might A child flies their first kite Drove past miles of coastline caves Shallow swam while watching waves Seals bounce and drift on by Kelp and driftwood float in stride This rare, pristine sea I endlessly bow to thee Worth the travel from afar Bella Vista, there you are

Love this place, we've come twice now and we'll be regulars in the future. Pros; Great value, ease reservations, clean with nice sights, clean restrooms and laundry room. Cons; Wi-Fi sucks, no cable TV and only 30 amp electric, park is a bit dated with lots of older permanent single wide trailers. All and all it's a still a great value!

This mobile home park is mainly for permanent mobile homes and some RV storage, but has a few spaces for RVs passing through. We paid $28 for a pad for our campervan. Restrooms and showers were spacious, clean and seemed minimally used. We reserved by phone the same day (late April, but I'd recommend an earlier reservation in summer/peak.) They left a map of available spaces and the restroom key outside the front office (we arrived around 9:30, well after the office closes.). We paid up in the AM when checking out. Customer service was very polite and friendly, both on the phone and in person. This spot is also walking distance to the town, restaurants, bars and the beach (about 2-3 blocks!) Tip: Flashlights may be helpful at night. Highly recommended. Great value and amazing location.

Just finished a week at this amazing place and couldn't be happier! The people were wonderful! Accommodating, helpful, and charming all the way!!!! The location overlooks Morro Bay and the pier, sweet town. Great fishing, couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend.

Dogs loved the walk to the pier!

Check in was so pleasant. The lady that booked our spot by phone was very nice, the gentleman that checked us in not only nice but very helpful info about the town. He reccomended a couple different places to eat, good parking spots, beach rules and local info! Like a brief tour! I really appreciated that. Park is clean, quiet and everyone is very nice. No pool, hot tub, fitness room, WHO CARES! On a hill over looking the beach and town! Wow what a cool view! One of the places he told me about, smoked meat tacos....yummy We will be back to this park and for more smoked tacos!

Bella Visits by the Sea is a beautiful mobile home park in Cayucos, CA. It also has 34 sites available for overnight rv camping with full hookups. Electric is limited to 30 amp service. They allow pets. Bathrooms are a little dated but they are clean and have showers. Walking distance to the beach and downtown Cayucos. I did find it difficult to reach by phone. It took two days to receive a call back but the staff are friendly on the phone and during check- in. They use Reserve America for online check-in.

Quiet and clean. We enjoyed 2 nights here very much. Walk to town, walk to the beach. Bathrooms were immaculate. Would happily return.

Nice, clean and quiet. Only thing that stinks is being way in the back and hearing the highway.

. I'm guessing the short walk to the clean sandy beaches is 300 yards away, with an abundance of shops and eateries only a bit further

I'm still in the tent camping community wich I love. Affordable, friendly service, clean, showers available w warm water, walking distance to the ocean with in a 100 yards, my favorite also walking distance 10 min walk to the coffee shops and all good all round. Good location near the beach( morro rock)

We booked two sites about eight months in advance and were told by the girl who works in the office…read morethat we were being given some of the best sites in the park. Then the owner, Larry, called us a couple of weeks before our arrival and asked us to switch sites. Telling us that the ones we had booked were no good and the ones he wanted us in were much better. We declined. Glad we did. The sites he wanted us to switch to were half the size of the ones that we already had. He was just trying to gaslight us so that someone else could have our spots. Once we got there the entire back half of our site was completely flooded preventing us from backing in all the way. Fortunately it dissipated quickly. When we mentioned it to Larry he said that we would have to "talk to God about that". They do have showers on site but the hot water didn't work. When my wife went to the office to mention it to them she was told that we were doing it wrong and the way to do it is to turn on the hot water faucet that is on the outside of the bathroom until hot water comes out and then go to the shower and turn on the hot water. I don't know why we didn't think of that. By the second day of that we were told that the water heater was broken and there would be no more hot water until it was fixed. That didn't happen during the remainder of our stay. Lastly, my daughter and her partner had four storage totes stacked neatly in front of their rv and Larry came over and very rudely told her that they couldn't have those there and that "this isn't a storage facility". Completely ignoring the other campers there who also had totes outside of their rigs. Overall we were very happy to be in Morro Bay but next time we're there we'll seek accommodations elsewhere. Between the facilities being kept in a state of disrepair and, most of all, Larry we have no desire to stay in that park again.
