As someone who has had a dreaded fear of the dentist my entire life, I must say meeting Dr Pasqual & his staff was a true pleasure. The office is never packed or noisy, making me uncomfortable. The front desk persons are professional & polite. I believe a good front house is very important. The medical assistant Brittany understood my fear & respected it. I am 60+ and have meet all the dentist who graduated at the bottom of their class. So now I have to repair a lot of damage. I had an infected wisdom tooth, no fun at all. Dr Pasqual answered all my questions & tried to squash my fears to the best of his abilities. The procedure went smoothly. I was home in an hour to rest. All the fear I had built up was for nothing. I am going to use him for some more work I need done. It is so hard to find a good Oral Surgeon, and trust them. I highly recommend Dr Pasqual, he is gentle and kind. I went to see Dr. Pasqual last week after being referred by my family dentist. I needed my wisdom teeth removed and an implant. Dr. Pasqual spent a long time going over my treatment plan and answered all my questions. He even called my family dentist while I was there in the chair just to make sure he was doing everything exactly as my dentist requested. That made me feel so reassured and at ease about everything. Excellent care, I recently moved to the are and needed a dentist and oral surgeon. I consulted with a few dentists for my cousin is a dentist in Chicago and told me what to look for. I found a great dentist and he told me about Dr. Pasqual. I googled and found out that Dr. Pasqual is a very accredited oral surgeon with many organizations and is looked up to in the oral surgery field. I scheduled an appointment and received excellent professionalism from his staff. I met with the Dr. And he spoke to me in a way that was understandable. Gave me a tour of his office like it was his home. It Made me feel as a guest not a patient. Great experience with this office for a dental implant. It's a fairly long process but as it was explained to me, to have the best outcome it needs to be done the right way. I felt like I was truly in good hands with the doctor and medical staff every step of the process. The doctor took time to answer all of my questions and set my expectations about the process. As a patient I appreciate the Dr's extensive credentials and great skill but his approachable demeanor was important to me too . The medical staff took great care to ensure I was comfortable for each procedure. Front office staff was professional and friendly. Great experience my son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed the preop care and movie explanation was quite informative. I woke up this morning with a swollen face from a failed root canal done years ago. I was in so much pain but Dr. Pasqual's office got me right in as an emergency. His nurse was so kind and compassionate, she made me feel so much better about what I was going through. Dr. Pasqual took a lot of time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. Overall great experience. I initially had an emergency appointment with Dr Pasqual. Nice doctor, great staff. They were able to see me the same day my general dentist gave me a referral. I unfortunately cracked a tooth and needed an implant placed. This is a procedure that takes many appointments. Each appointment was consistent; kindly greeted, seated on time and I felt as though I had 100% attention and care from Dr Pasqual while I was in the office. Admittedly, I had not been to the dentist for a very long time. I knew Ineeded some wisdom teeth extracted for a long time as well. A bad experience with a former orthodontist kept me away, but after an infection occurred Icould no longer hide. My dentist referred me to Dr Pasqual and I'm very happy they did.
