Unfortunately, a very rude gentleman appeared only to say that they would open in another 40 minutes and promptly closed the door in our faces with an air of annoyance. Needless to say, not only did I lose my appetite, but they also lost a customer--although they probably do not care either way.

Not necessarily a game changer, but they weren't transparent about the extra charges for using credit cards. Which I don't mind paying an extra 3% or so but in New York State you are supposed to be transparent. I do understand the reason. It's to cut extra cost that they pay for taking credit cards.
